Recently recommended iflorist to a friend who did a web search and pointed out these reviews to me to my surprise.. must say i have never had a problem with the service and have always been over the moon as have the recipients i have sent the flowers to. Seems people are quicker to complain than they are to praise -- i always look forward to receiving customer offers and chipper emails from iflorist and will continue to be a loyal customer. I really wish I'd read other people's reviews on here before using iFlorist. They were due to send flowers to my friend in the states a week ago. They debited the £45 from my credit card immediately, but still haven't dispatched the flowers according to my order status online (and my friend hasn't received anything). I ordered flowers from iFlorist to be delivered to South Africa, paid a fortune for them, gave them 4 days notice to get it to my mother's birthday. They were never received, I tried to contact them but there is no number on the site, so I emailed them, didn't receive a reply - to any of my numerous emails and I haven't been offered a refund as of yet! Sent my sister a get well basket via iflorist, to Vancouver Canada, in the morning and arrived before 10am at my sisters home the next day, very happy with the service, and my sister was over the moon, not least that she had thought I had made the effort! (although have to say it was a very easy site to use), I would use them again, although worth checking sites in Canada for the best price, but had an issue in that they don't seem to like French telephone numbers, and UK credit cards!… Read Full Review

I too, ordered flowers from iFlorist to be delivered to my daughter in France on 17/10/08 as she had just given birth and like the other reviewers I have experienced the same awful result i.e received no flowers and £42.40 debited straight out of my a/c. I have not received a reply to 3 emails yet. I feel this is a breach of contract and I do NOT recommend them… Read Full Review

They have not been delivered but £42.40 has been taken out of my credit card account. I wanted to order some special flowers from iFlorist to greet our daughter who lives in Shrewsbury when she came out of hospital with her new baby on Monday 20th October. I did a google search for florists in Shrewsbury and up came iflorist, with no clue at all that they were not local (they seem to based in Lancashire). Flowers/item delivered was totally incorrect. I ordered some Lucky Bamboo, and they forwarded a bunch of flowers...I have sent endless e-mails and have not received a reply yet. When I emailed they just quoted the small print that they can substitute if the ordered item is not available. When I emailed back that I didn't think the swap was a fair one I received no reply. Ordered a bouquet at 2.30pm yesterday afternoon, with an advertised saving of £15 ( £34.90, now £19.90) as displayed on the iflorist homepage... then used a free delivery voucher I found online. Ten past nine this morning, the bouquet arrived at the house I share with my girlfriend, beautifully boxed and absolutely stunning - amazing value for less than £20. Twice my partner has ordered flowers (unfortunately he forgot it was the same dismal organisation) and twice they never delivered any flowers. We spent ages contacting them via their online web site, they denied all knowledge of there being a problem and the most they would offer is a £10 voucher off the next order!
