Ordered flowers for mothers day they arrive late and the bouquet sent was a disgrace I paid 39.90 plus 5 delivery charge for a bunch of flowers that would cost about 10 from any other florist. My dispute continues with them you cannot speak to anyone because they do have a telephone number they never call you despite numerous e-mails. A complete nightmare from start to finish. If the dispute is not resolved I will seek recompense in the small claims court… Read Full Review

I ordered flowers for Mothers day, based on their advertised claim that they would actually deliver on the Sunday. Sunday came and went and still no flowers. Monday came and money came out of my bank account. It is now Thursday and no flowers have been received by my mum. I have raised a support ticket but it has been ignored. I cannot telephone them because there is no advertised phone number on the web site. The only hope of getting through is the "instant messaging" system on the web site… Read Full Review

My boyfriend ordered me flowers two weeks before valentine's day to arrive on VALENTINE'S DAY, after waiting in all day for them they never arrived. iflorist gave the wrong address to the courier so delivery failed. There is no telephone number and you will definatly need it! Their international service is very poor and if you are considering using them- I recommend you don't! Not unless you want to spend the next few days trying to track down the flowers you sent like I had to. When they were found they were dead as were packed in a brown box with no indication they were flowers and NO water! I ordered flowers to be delivered on the next available date that THEY stated, these were for a funeral! Instead of arriving on the saturday they arrived on the following Monday... after I had emailed the company, and low and behold they delivered 2 bouquets and have charged me for both. I have emailed for a refund only to get a email back saying they are busy and to talk online to there customer services my computer is not compatible with there software. I ordered a hamper for my daughter for Xmas to be delivered 21st dec...I only discovered on 2nd jan 2008 that it had not been delivered but I had been charged for it!!!! WOULD THEY HAVE TOLD ANYONE IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED IF I HAD NOT ENQUIRED?????
I complained by live site access on the 3rd Jan and was advised that the hamper had been returned to the depot as it had been damaged... no one told my daughter.

I ordered some flowers from iFlorist, to be sent to my mum by way of a thank you for some help that she'd recently given me. I ordered the flowers on a Monday / Tuesday and asked for them to be delivered on the Saturday. Unfortunately, nothing had arrived. “They ruined what was supposed to be a great surprise...”

They ruined what was supposed to be a great surprise for my girlfriend.

She had to suffer the embarrassment of asking her reception if flowers had arrived for her to be told no.

The flowers I ordered to be sent to the US still haven't arrived. I have sent countless emails but get a scattered response or none at all. Tried the Live help but got no resolution other than being told that the florist said they'd been sent. They were never received. No resolution there then.

I would rate the service from iFlorist as outstanding! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in the United States with next day delivery. As soon as the order was shipped with FedEx, I was given a tracking number and I was able to see where my order was at any moment throughout the day. The flowers were delivered at mid-day, and they were so beautiful that they brought tears to my friends eyes. I'm so pleased!
