What a terrible shame, website looks great products look great and to be fair when they did eventually arrive they were very good, a few things were substituted without advising me or indeed refunding the difference as they were subd for cheaper items, a couple of breakages, again this happens but I have been repeatedly trying to get hold of them and no reply, I guess they have had my money and thats it!

The flowers were excellent quality and very attractive. Iflora were offering the fastest delivery of Christmas flowers when I ordered at the very busy period on 20th December and they arrived only one day late and that through the courier running out of permitted driving hours. I am becoming increasingly suspicious of this firm. I ordered a special basket of flowers to be delivered to an elderly relative on 18th December. She is housebound but even had her neighbours "on alert" for the delivery. We are all still waiting. No response to my emails to iflorist either. They have had my money since November. No hamnpers received! No phone numBer on website - online help chat is non existent. Email is dummy I think and gets bounced back. Have this company defrauded people for years and got away with it? My accoutn says that the hamper has been dispatched and gives a bogus tracking number! Excellent service and the recipient of The Butterscotch FLORAL bouquet and free chocolates was overjoyed with this gift.It was COURIER DELIVERED SAFELY IN A BROWN BOX WHICH DID NOT RESEMBLE A FLORAL ARRANGEMENT, BUT WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE ON OPENING SHE STATED.

iflorist are terrible. I ordere some flowers for a book launch in Italy and the local florist phoned the recipient the following day to say the order was for that day. The intended recipient promptly informed him that that was wrong and that they were for the day before and were no longer needed. I ordered a bouquet for my friend in U.K to celebrate her birthday on Nov 14.
The flower is never been to her door
When I wrote to file a complain,they said the flower will be delivered today and I will get a voucher for ten pounds!
