Has NOT arrived by the 2nd Jan. Cannot get in touch with them. Online chat is offline. Sent email no response.

Very unhappy especially as I cannot see my family at Christmas time.

Flowers were sent from my family in Australia and arrived new years eve but had been booked to arrive christmas day so were one week late. Arrangement was extremely poor and no effort had been made to send flowers with a christmas feel. The flowers were excellent quality and very attractive. Iflora were offering the fastest delivery of Christmas flowers when I ordered at the very busy period on 20th December and they arrived only one day late and that through the courier running out of permitted driving hours. My only grouse with florists in general is that it would be nice to automatically receive notification that your gift has been received by the recipient rather than having to await their thank you card if they send one… Read Full Review

My girlfriend really loved the flowers and chocolates, they were delivered on time and beautifully presented. the customer service i expericened was excellent and the staff gave me all the help and support i needed on my order i really am so pleased with the result. also for a medium flower arrangement you get alot of flowers for your money.i would definatly reccommened this service to a friend and i will be definatly be using this service all the time as i feel they gave exceptional customer… Read Full Review

I am becoming increasingly suspicious of this firm. I ordered a special basket of flowers to be delivered to an elderly relative on 18th December. She is housebound but even had her neighbours "on alert" for the delivery. We are all still waiting. No response to my emails to iflorist either. They have had my money since November. No hamnpers received! No phone numBer on website - online help chat is non existent. Email is dummy I think and gets bounced back. Have this company defrauded people for years and got away with it? My accoutn says that the hamper has been dispatched and gives a bogus tracking number! Found a number on the forum to phone them and spoke to a new employee who although very polite was obviously under stress with the amount of calls she was fielding. wouldn't give me name of supposed carriage… Read Full Review

iflorist are terrible. I ordere some flowers for a book launch in Italy and the local florist phoned the recipient the following day to say the order was for that day. The intended recipient promptly informed him that that was wrong and that they were for the day before and were no longer needed. Customer Services here claimed the flowers had been delivered. i asked for evidence by way of a signature and they never gave me the evidence I required. I ordered a bouquet for my friend in U.K to celebrate her birthday on Nov 14.
The flower is never been to her door
When I wrote to file a complain,they said the flower will be delivered today and I will get a voucher for ten pounds!

I will not pay anything for nothing!

Good selection. Simple ordering system. Value for money; better than more common high street names. Arranged for international delivery then found out that I had got the dates wrong. Contacted their online customer service, who rearranged the delivery quickly and efficiently making sure that I got the flowers delivered when I wanted them. Very helpful.
