Flowers ordered for a bereavement. Despite contacting iflorist for confirmation of delivery, it took 2 days for an email response. They advised that flowers had been delivered but now having found that in fact they never arrived I cannot get a response to my emails in trying to get the matter resolved or the cost of the flowers refunded.
I can only rate as 0/10 as I have paid for flowers that 3 weeks later have not been delivered or a refund offered… Read Full Review

I ordered a 'Gorgeous' bouquet from iFlorist's same day range for my good friend at Nottingham university to brighten up her flat, within 2 hours they had been hand delivered by a real florist. I was amazed at what a good service this is and the fact a real florist arranged them is the icing on the cake.

Same experience here. I ordered flowers on 12th December for a 16th December delivery in Japan. Nothing was received. Received no replies to my emails either.

flowers ordered on 13/10 for delivery 16/10. The flowers have not been delivered yet and I can get no response from iflorist as to why at 16/11. Needless to say my credit card has been charged. No telephone number available on their website.

I placed an order for a "New Baby Gift" on 10.11.08 for delivery on 12.11.08. The money was taken from my account immediately but, as yet, the gift has not been delivered. There is no telephone number for the company, which should have started alarms bells ringing.

I have used iflorist for several years now, not only for flowers but also for gift baskets, they have delivered on time every time, and I would reccomend the service to anyone. Well designed site with beautiful bougets at very resonable prices. Sent 6 emails to the company but have still had no response. Delivery is now 7 days late for an international order which should have been delivered the next working day. I have not received any response to my emails and have no other form of contact. This was my 3rd order through them and I have no idea what possessed me to use them again after the previous abysmal 2 orders both of which were over a week late AND in poor condition. Recently recommended iflorist to a friend who did a web search and pointed out these reviews to me to my surprise.. must say i have never had a problem with the service and have always been over the moon as have the recipients i have sent the flowers to. Seems people are quicker to complain than they are to praise -- i always look forward to receiving customer offers and chipper emails from iflorist and will continue to be a loyal customer. They debited the £45 from my credit card immediately, but still haven't dispatched the flowers according to my order status online (and my friend hasn't received anything). I ordered flowers from iFlorist to be delivered to South Africa, paid a fortune for them, gave them 4 days notice to get it to my mother's birthday. They were never received, I tried to contact them but there is no number on the site, so I emailed them, didn't receive a reply - to any of my numerous emails and I haven't been offered a refund as of yet! Sent my sister a get well basket via iflorist, to Vancouver Canada, in the morning and arrived before 10am at my sisters home the next day, very happy with the service, and my sister was over the moon, not least that she had thought I had made the effort! I too, ordered flowers from iFlorist to be delivered to my daughter in France on 17/10/08 as she had just given birth and like the other reviewers I have experienced the same awful result i.e received no flowers and £42.40 debited straight out of my a/c. I wanted to order some special flowers from iFlorist to greet our daughter who lives in Shrewsbury when she came out of hospital with her new baby on Monday 20th October. I did a google search for florists in Shrewsbury and up came iflorist, with no clue at all that they were not local (they seem to based in Lancashire).
