We have used Iflorist www.iflorist.co.uk several times from overseas to order flowers for our friends/family in UK, and have always received great service from them, particularly when we have need extra help like to change a delivery date etc. We really like the livechat facility as our timezone is opposite to the UK, but there's always someone online to answer questions, even if it's late at night in the UK… Read Full Review

No response from the iFlorist customer services, I found they will NOT respond to your emails. Flowers did eventually arrive on the day (at 7.30pm!!), but they were as different as you could get from the order I placed, I found them to be uninterested in replying.

There are plenty of online florists who realise customer care is important, I believe this is not one of them… Read Full Review

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The payment was taken straight away from my credit card but the flowers haven't arrived. I tried speaking with a customer service advisor, eventually after 30 mins he said my order was mis routed. He then promised me a fresh bouquet and a bottle of bubbly, but nothing has shown up yet. I really wished I had read all these reviews before ordering flowers from iFlorist for my wife's birthday. As all the other reviews say, I have a confirmation email and money taken from the credit card but no flowers have either been delivered or even dispatched. It is now obviously after my wifes birthday and am therefore extremely disapponted. I have tried twice to contact them by email but no response. the only number I can find is on ihampers site but very difficult to get hold of anyone… Read Full Review

I have had flowers delivered to me via this company twice now... the first time they were sent from the UK (London) to San Diego, CA. When they finally arrived, they looked dead and had to be thrown - the delivery alone was almost £18 (approx. $36 which I think is outrageous!!). I contacted my friend to let her know what happened. I ordered 40 tulips from iFlorist to be delivered on a specific date. When my gal friend did not receive the flowers on that day I contacted iflorist customer support. The rep told me that iflorist guarantees that the delivery would be made within 7 working days from the date specified by the user at the time of placing the order! That was a shocker. Anyway, the flowers weren't delivered on the 7th working day also.

Ordered a Hamper for a friends birthday to be delivered. Initially the courier was blamed for failing to deliver to the correct address. Eventually iHampers said the would send another Hamper out (10 days after the original delivery date) and guarantee that it would arrive two days later, still no delivery. When asked again they then said they had probelms with their ordering system which allocated stock that did not exist. My order with iFlorist, 165.00 Canadian Dollars was not delivered on December 23rd as advised. The Christmas Basket we ordered for our niece in Sunderland is paid for - the credit card was charged the day the order was placed.
