I have had flowers delivered to me via this company twice now... the first time they were sent from the UK (London) to San Diego, CA. When they finally arrived, they looked dead and had to be thrown - the delivery alone was almost £18 (approx. $36 which I think is outrageous!!). I contacted my friend to let her know what happened. I ordered 40 tulips from iFlorist to be delivered on a specific date. When my gal friend did not receive the flowers on that day I contacted iflorist customer support. The rep told me that iflorist guarantees that the delivery would be made within 7 working days from the date specified by the user at the time of placing the order! That was a shocker. Anyway, the flowers weren't delivered on the 7th working day also.

Ordered a Hamper for a friends birthday to be delivered. Initially the courier was blamed for failing to deliver to the correct address. Eventually iHampers said the would send another Hamper out (10 days after the original delivery date) and guarantee that it would arrive two days later, still no delivery. When asked again they then said they had probelms with their ordering system which allocated stock that did not exist. I ordered flowers and wine and didnt recieve the wine. I sent 4 emails and never got a response. I eventually found the phone number. They are also known as colonial gifts.

My order with iFlorist, 165.00 Canadian Dollars was not delivered on December 23rd as advised. The Christmas Basket we ordered for our niece in Sunderland is paid for - the credit card was charged the day the order was placed. I have sent MANY e-mails with read responses and delivery responses requested. The emails have been delivered. The worst service I have ever received. Flowers did not arrive at undertakers, we had to have service with no family flowers what so ever. when contacting the company they then said the order was not placed with them, even though we have a copy of the whole order and a copy of the receipt. this was the first and last time we have ever used this company. we must of placed the order with them as we had to create an account with them to be able to place an order… Read Full Review

I spent GBP100 on a beautiful heart-shaped wreath with a mass of multi-coloured rose buds for a dear friend that had passed away in the USA. We had them sent to the house because her husband wanted their 7 year old son to see them. What they actually received was a dozen pink rose buds which would have cost no more that around GBP35. I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend's birthday, they never arrived, I never received a reply to my emails and there is no way for me to know why they never sent them... and it was quite expensive by the way !!
My credit card got charged though, no problem there...
It is THE WORST flower delivery service I've ever used in my life.

I ordered flowers from iflorist for a funeral, to be delivered straight to the undertaker. The flowers arrived on time but apart from the roses were all wilted and looked worse for wear, and not what I would consider even average quality.

I e-mailed to complain and received a prompt response, after this though the company have been impossible for me to contact and I have not received a reply to any further e-mails (despite the fact I had a named contact).
