I have ordered flowers from iflorist for my Mothers 60th birthday! never came! i complained about 5 times, at last they sent me an email saying that flowers are on the way! poor sent flowers by courier to France from iflorist.co.uk, courier took them back to depot and didnt put on the card that it was a living product.
Didnt phone any one to tell them flowers were in the parcel.

Iflorists should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a funeral wreath for my Wife's funeral stating delivery at 10am. At 10.15am on the day of delivery they hadn't arrived. I spoke to somebody via their online support and they siad they would look into it. Waited on line for 30 minutes and no response. I sent and email to there customer support asking them to ring me, and i'm stillwaiting. No delivery made to parents for xmas. Have been chasing refund for 4 months now. Difficult to contact iFlorist - no name customer service people have acknowledged fault and "assured" me of refund. Why no phone number for assistance ? Is this one man operation ??

Still awaiting outcome of a dispute re a xmas gift. Ordered flowers, chocs and wine for my father and his wife from iFlorist. Flowers, chocs delivered on the 30th of Dec still waiting for the wine !!!!!
Have sent 4 emails and a recorded letter, made loads of phone calls no answer, we are now in the middle of April, terrible service.

Ordered flowers from iFlorist to be delivered on a particular day.
They didn't turn up.
Complained, was promised a delivery for the next day.
They didn't turn up.
Complained again, was promised an 'investigation'.
I never heard back.
Complained for a fourth time, demanding (not asking " I had to threaten to ' take matters further ' ) a refund. This they gave; I think they just gave up even trying to deliver the flowers… Read Full Review

iFlorist were helpful, fantastic customer service. I had a problem with the post code I was trying to enter to get flowers delivered to my niece in Canada, I contacted customer service by live chat, they where so helpful and kind. He also reassured me about the address and checked the post code. I doubt I would of got that high quality service if I'd visited my local florist! I ordered flowers and chocolates from iFlorist for Mothers Day. These did not arrive. I contacted Customer Services by e-mail the following morning and received instant replies. My account was refunded in full within 24 hours. I then received a second e-mail apologising and offering me a second delivery free of charge plus a £10 e-voucher for future use. I accepted and today my Mum received a beautiful bouquet of quality fresh flowers and the chocolates, which I was not expecting.

Flowers ordered by my daughter were delivered at 8pm the day before Mothers Day to the wrong address. Email contact was difficult. I attempted to cancel and requester a refund, but a replacement bunch arrived anyway. They were not spectacular, and a day later the roses look sad. We have again requested a full refund and will wait and see what happens. The original bunch finally arrived 2 days late, and looked dreadful. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day from iFlorist. Although they arrived on time, they were of a very poor quality and not something that I would be happy to give my Mother as a gift. Ordered some flowers and chocolates for my mother for delivery today, which I was charged for (free delivery was being offered for any other day) an attempt by the courier company was made to deliver them yesterday, but they state they couldn't find the premises (no other courier/florist has an issue finding the property. Really helpful customer service, the order I had placed was not able to be delivered because my friend was on holiday (I had forgotton), so which she did receive the flowers they were dead, as they had been left in her porch. Having reported a complaint to iFlorist I spoke to a friendly and helpful customer service adviser who offered me a 50% refund and a complimentary bouquet of flowers.
