We have had lots of lovely compliments from our family and friends. Great design for those of us who have done the kids before marriage thing! We definitely wanted something that involved our daughter and this was just perfect. Couldn't fault the quality and excellent services received from Olivia Samuel ..... will most certainly recommend to others.

Such beautiful invitations and really high quality. The service was very good and all staff were friendly and helpful. The packaging was perfect and delivery, although not fast, came in the time specified by the company. I've had so many compliments from our guests about these invites and would not hesitate to recommend Olivia Samuel to anybody.

A very professional company to deal with. Excellent website and quality feedback. Free sample ordering service extremely useful as not all Companies offer this. Having looked at many other companies I found Olivia Samuels to be one of the better ones, and we are very happy to have used this service.

This is an excellent card which looks even better than on the picture. It's texture and all the little sparkle around the hearts are really pretty - Linked Hearts White

We chose this as we wanted something that was simple and elegant, and a lot of our guests commented on how nice it was. Fully recommended.

One tip however is to go to Olivia Samuel straight away if you find that the proofing process with CCA is tedious (We need) Olivia Samuel will act as intermediaries if this becomes hard. For us, CCA misspelled our names when we have already written it, and didn't correct it when we pointed it our as well as some really basic mistakes that we pointed out, but we got there in the end, and had we known that we could get Olivia Samuel involved, we would have after the 3rd attempt (we probably ended up going back and forth 7 or so times).

Overall, it's still an excellent service from Olivia Samuel though!

The prices and choices offered on from Olivia Samuel was very competitive
so I ordered a sample of their wedding invitation card. But it turned out to be a frustrating experience as I had to send them 2 reminders just to get the ONE card and it took them over 3 weeks to send it to me.
They told me that they now let their suppliers deal directly so that may be the problem but still it was very unprofessional and inefficient.
I definitely would not trust this kind of sub-standard service for the rest of my wedding stationery.

The 'Jetting Off' invites were excellent quality and the service was good with samples arriving quickly and the whole ordering process was easy. Our guests loved them too! Before ordering I shopped around and found that Olivia Samuel were by far the best value for money. Other companies were charging quite a lot more for exactly the same invite and I cant imagine anyone else could offer a better service!

Proofreading was easy and simple. Also very quick, after submitting a change.

The design and the finished product are great. however, the ordering and communication process with Olivia Samuel was not a satisfactory experience. The proofs took too long to come through, when they did, despite clear instructions, the layout was not correct and it took three requests to get it right. the request was to lay it out exactly the same as the website sample - not exactly hard. the whole process took so long we wanted to change our RSVP date - and i was charged £15. I wrote to complain and was told someone would come back to me - that was two months ago. staff were curt, and given its one of the most expensive invite services on the internet, i expected better service.
