“£300 STOLEN”

I ordered tickets for the darts final a year ago and paid £200 per ticket for reserved floor seats on Jan 4th. The final is actually on the 3rd and I have just received tickets with a face value of £50 and in the tiers. Complete and blatant robbery. I then tried to phone the customer services where I was put on hold and then hung up on before even taking my call. Steer clear of this outfit - clearly just highwaymen. You'd be better throwing your money away than buying tickets from this bunch.

“BUYER BEWARE!!!! ”

Huh, where to start to warn all the buyers avoid and be aware of them!I've ordered 1x metallica gold circle ticket for their hallenstadium zurich event 5 months before the event, have sent them numerous messages asking when my tickets will be shipped to my address, they didn't even replied me back, neither by phone or e-mail. They stole € 350 from me and i had to turn to my local band to get a full refund!!! Buyer beware!!!! Don't purchase anything from them ever in a lifetime!!!! Their ip-address should also be looked after because there are so many customers here on this site that have the same opinion as i have! It happened 6 years ago but i still remember that worldticketshop was the site that stole € 350 from me and ran away with it! Please stay away from them!!! Thank you! a ripped-off, cheated customer!

“got tickets early- great service!”

I ordered tickets for qlimax nov 21 2015 in advance back in august, before they went on public sale, worldticketshop told me I would get my tickets on 31 oct, but I actually received them at the beginning of october- 7 weeks before event! It saved the bother of sitting on an online queue for hours, possibly not to get any, as it sold out.I would discourage people from reading all the bad reviews, as this is the 3rd time we have used this site, without any problems at all. people very rarely leave good reviews, they only do it when they want to complain, im positive the bad reviews are a very small minority of grumpy people, enjoy your event,

“Disspointment - will not reccommend”

This was the first time I purchased a ticket to a concert (Muse in Prague 2016) via Worldticketshop and I am absolutely dissapointed. They could not provide the ticket I bought so they tried to make me accept a cheaper option saying it is an upgrade. After exchanging several emails about why I do not want this "upgrade" they finally accepted to return my money back. I have been told twice the money would be sent by now and I still do not have it. I have been emailing with 3 different people now and the third told me the money will be returned in 1-2 weeks without any advance notice about their financial dpt changing their mind and sending it later. I have not been contacted, I´ve always had to contact them. I consider their approach highly unprofessional and evethough this might be an unfortunate exception among their good work, this is my last purchase made by Worldticketshop and based on my very first experience I will not reccommend their services to anyone.

Why aren't these they in jail? How can the Dutch let  men like this operate out in the open. They advertise tickets they don't have, hoping to get returns or some other late tickets to fill your order. When they fail, they MIGHT give you back part of your money, but your weekend is ruined, and you have wasted money on transportation and hotels. I have filed a criminal complaint against them.

“Ripped off for £155”

Purchased tickets for World Darts Championships in Blackpool clearly says only sold in pairs, tickets arrived only 1 worth £45 I paid £155 for 2 tickets rang customer service in another country to be told no you only purchased 1 ticket so lost my money as my partner didn't want to go alone as it was a Birthday present for him, why would I pay £155 for a ticket worth £45 totally gutted cant believe they can do this to people!!!

“Lost 2644 £”

I ordered at WTS tickets for a Rolling Stones concert in Rome scheduled for June 2014 All trip from Russia to Italy was a present for my friend! WTS didn't delivery tickets to hotel!!!! I was unable to call them Be careful if you use the Service!!!

Ordered top price tickets for The Rolling Stones in the VIP standing area directly in front of the stage - which was stated on my receipt - I received the cheapest standing tickets at the back of the stadium. After exhaustive emails and phone calls was told "You have got what you paid for, the matter is now closed." The ticket was intended as a gift for a dear friend who has been a loyal Stones fan for 50 years. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST - AVOID THEM

Recently I bought football tickets on their website and put a shipping address which was different from my personal address. Without any reason they instructed a seller to send the tickets to my personal address, explaining that they were worrying about tickets safety in a hotel. Can you imaging it? When I asked for a delivery refund, I was refused.

Helllo World ticket shop never buy again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS GYP!!!!!!!!!! We bought tickets on 14 th october 2013 BRUNO MARS in paris ! WE PAID. 250€ for each , ( we bought 6 tickets) but we got tickets in hotel INTERCONTINENTAL CONSIERGE 6 tickets for 45€ for each! When we wrote to the company they have already answered that they can regard 20% only! DONT BUY HERE !!! Never!!! We lost 800€!!!!!!!!

Nicht seriös. Unterschiedliche Karten erhalten für ein Konzert und im Nachgang wurde erklärt, man könne vom Rang das Kind unten im Gedränge sehen. Dann wurden angeblich Karten nachgeschickt, die einfach von der Post in den Briefkasten unbemerkt gelegt wurden, am gleichen Abend war das Konzert , 300 km vom Wohnort entfernt. Im Umschlag befand sich nur eine Karte. Die erste Kartensendung hatte man aber schon zurückgesandt. "Bild kämpft" ließ sich mit der Erklärung des Worldticketshops abspeisen, das man das Kind ja sehen kann und die trotzdem neu gesendeten Tickets rechtzeitig angekommen wären Different tickets for a Green day concert and the explanation: you can see your 11 years old child from the balcony, when it is standig with hundreds of peoples in the stalls. We could send the 2 tickets back and got 1 ticket, 10 am in the morning for the concert (300 km from us) in the evening.

“Avoid - lies, tickets not together”

I purchased two tickets for the Portugal v Sweden Match in Nov 2013. I arrived in Lisbon the day before the match, looked at my tickets, and luckily I can read Portuguese. The tickets were not seated together!!! I emailed them this, I sent them pictures of the tickets to prove it, I really wanted my money back as I didn't want to sit on my own. They told me to go to the match anyway and they would investigate, and to confirm, after they had gone, that they weren't side by side. I sent them pics of the seats not together, row numbers, seat numbers. All the proof they needed that I wasn't lying. They offered me 20% refund?!?! How am I bearing the brunt of the cost when the seller lied, and they didn't check the tickets I have bought tickets and sold sell tics myself, viagogo, seatwave, stubhub, getmein - none of these would have let this happen or let me get away with it had I tried to rob someone like this. Next time i got to a football match, I will definitely be buying from anywhere other than these people, even if i have to try my luck with a tout on the day.

“Not so bad choice for me!”

I was a traveller from Japan, and I ordered premium-league football tickets from two sellers through the"WorldTicketShop". The goods will may be shipped only in the UK in this site, so I requested the two sellers separetely to ship the tickets to the hotel I would stay in Liverpool. One seller could send the tickets as I wanted, but another seller couldn't send because of the reason that the football game was not held in Liverpool but in Manchester. I had already paid money, but I was worried in Japan whether I could get the ticket. Then I could have a contact with the seller by using "Message" of mobile phone when I arrived at Manchester airport, and finally I could meet the seller and get the tickets on the just same day the game was held on. Actually the seller was very nice guy, and I was happy to get the ticket and watch the game, but I wished if he can send the tickets to the hotel I would stay in Liverpool before. But if travelers from foreign countries want to watch football game in UK, the choice you buy tickets in this site is not so bad!

“I do not recommend!”

I ordered at WTS tickets for a Rolling Stones concert in London scheduled for July 2013. I intended to leave earlier for the trip so asked for an earlier delivery. WTS can only deliver 5 days before a venue! So I asked to deliver to my address in London (hotel). We agreed all that in writing. So I went to London for a longer weekend and I have seen nothing!!! Tickets were not delivered and I was not able to call them on the concert day as during a weekend they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Can you believe that? A business based on events taking place mostly during weekends have got no hot line or whatsoever during weekend days. WTS showed my a shipping note signed by somebody in Hotel (unreadable signature) and say they did their job. I have asked for my tickets in the hotel 10 x day. Now I have been discussing with them my claim to cover cost of tickets, travel etc. So far no excusses and no results. Be careful if you use the Service!!!

Why are you giving WTS such a low rating? They got the tickets delivered in time and have proof of that. It's the fault of the hotel and that's who you should be giving one star to. Are you 100% sure that a hotel employee didn't use them?

“Bad Bad Bad”

I purchased a ticket for Rodger Waters on May 28. On May 29, they responded that they did not have the ticket but offered me other seats I did not want. I told them I did not want them. I then bought tickets from another website. Today is July 9 and they just called me asking where to deliver the tickets in Amsterdam. 1-I live in the US ( they only deliver to a location in the city of the event just before the event) 2-They said they did not have them and I already purchased other tickets 3-they should have given me my money back on May 29 when I refused other seats and they did not have the ticket I ordered. They refused to refund my money. Luckly, I used American express and they will get my money back! Don't use these people!!!

“Tickets for El Clasico, Madrid”

I purchased 2 tickets to this event as a gift for my son who travelled especially to Madrid for the match. I understand that the price (set by the seller) is significantly above the face value, but this was to be a gift to my son for a special occasion, so that was not the main issue. I was originally concerned if the tickets would actually reach my son who was travelling a considerable distance and spending money on flights and hotel accommodation etc. I had read mixed reviews regarding this issue. However All the arrangements went well; my son had a great time and enjoyed the game. My contact in the customer service department took such good care of us and had a continued interest and excellent communications throughout the whole process.
