Used to be convenient - until latest upgrade whereby all my previous orders, user name, etc have been deleted. Latest upgrade has been a shambles.

Generally out of the other supermarkets I have tried, Sainsburys seem to be the best.

I am very pleased with their service, and not being able to walk round supermarkets due to heart problems, I don't know how I'd manage without Sainsburys to You. VERY GOOD, and thanks to all the staff for their helpfulness.

Credit card charged as soon as order made from Sainsburys to You and it is now 25 days on, they still do not have the washer, so I still have no delivery date, and customer service is non existent, they say they will call you back, it never happens.

The bad points overwhelmed any benefit of the Sainsburys to You online supermarket service.
Most of the order was complete. Mushrooms replaced for other mushrooms, and asparagus the same.

The Sainsburys to You delivery staff are always smart, polite and accommodating. I have never had any problems. Delivery slots are hourly and on time, and if they are not on time they give you a £10 voucher towards your next shop. Some of the substitutes are a bit weird from time to time, but ...
