I was a bit scared ordering online from topshop UK, as the previous reviews said they never received their order. I ordered 2 sale items and 1 full price item. I received dispatch notification 2 days after order, and my order arrived a week and a half later- which was fine for an international order. The quality of the garments is great for the price i paid- i wouldn't get that quality that cheap here is aus!! so more than happy with order and will shop again! (read more)

My order is an international order, it's going to North America. According to their website, it says it takes 5 to 7 Business Days for it to be delivered to North America. It's been more than that, almost a month and still nothing!!! I contaced their customer service and even filled out their online forms and still no response after a week. It's just some stupid automatic reply.

I have received an email notification from topshop that the order has been sent out on the 15th Jan 2011. still waiting for my shoes bought for 52Ł ;/ amd it's 22 FEB ...
Customer Service is not responding except standard email notification sent to me just right after I have send out an email in first place.
anyway... There was no problem with them charging my credit card (yeah..that was quick) I wonder If I ever get the parcel or refund. I would rather have shoes instead but... (read more)

Desperately wanted a coat from Topshop, went to Bristol and Oxford St, both sold out. Luckily they had some in stock on-line! I ordered it immediately and when it arrived (few days late) they sent the wrong size, no option for an exchange so I went to re order a new one... sold out! I was devastated. After much complaining they gave me £30 compensation and 10% my next order.. couldn't argue really but would rather just have the coat! (read more)

Now that I've read these reviews, I'm starting to worry about my own order. I ordered January 12, and it's January 31st and the package still hasn't come. I can't believe such a store selling high-end fashion would have such terrible customer service and failed communication with its customers. I DEFINITELY would not recommend buying online unless you want to be extremely disappointed. I should have read these review before buying.... (read more)

Appalling service from Topshop.co.uk.
Topshop emailed to say my order was being dispatched. Still nothing 2 weeks later.
Now 3 weeks later Topshop emailed to say they are refunding my money - no reason, nothing mentioned whatsoever.
I emailed to ask why they are refudning and why they have not sent my goods.
After another few days they reply and claim there was a problem with my address and the courier is returning the parcel.

Topshop has been my worst on line experience ever. I ordered some shoes 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting on them. When I tried to contact them on several occasions they tell me they have a overwhelming amount of emails to deal with and there is no need to contact them again they will answer my email as soon as possible.
