My order is an international one and that means it takes up to 9 days to arrive, When nine days passed and still had not received my order I decided to email Topshop, so as to help me track my order and inform me about its date of arrival. absolutely horrendous..purchased goods worth £126 online and never received it. called them several time and eventually they tell me that my items has been lost which is why it wasn't delivered.called Santander cards, raised dispute and yet nothing's been done. i think i might be able to sort this out in a legal manner now and have spoken to legal advisers about it. never going to buy from Topshop again..NEVER..told my friends about it as well...... .....BIG FRAUD... I ordered £210 on line, they send me mail said my order is on it's way on February 21. Now it's been 3 week, every time i email them, only get auto reply and still no one can help. I love topshop a lot, but after few time unhappy shopping on line experience, I rather choose ASOS.... their customer service is much better. I ordered my 2 tops (on sale from £30 to £15 each) on 11th Jan and recieved them this morning (which is quite good!) but to my surprise I only recieved one out of the 2 tops, and on the dispatch note one was listed as being "cancelled". I´ve ordered from topshop ~month ago. It wasn´t my first order there, but never before i´ve had no problems like that. It is over 20 days since they informed me that my order was dispatched. Still i haven´t received anything. Finnish mail informed me that a package with a tracking number i provided never entered territory of Finland. I've been sending this e-mail to topshop.com for almost two weeks now explaining my situation. I am still waiting for an answer. I finally ordered a pair of boots I had been eyeing for some time. They are available in every size online in both black&brown. I placed my order over the phone without a hitch.... Almost a week later I get an email from Topshop stating that this item is no longer in stock and that my order is being cancelled. So then why wasnt i informed of this when placing my order? Buying at topshop.com has been the worst experience ever. I ordered from Topshop.com twice (total worth GBP 300), and never received the ordered items. As I never received an answer from the "customer service", I told my credit card company to charge the amount back to my account, as I did not want to spend 300 quid for nothing. I was a bit scared ordering online from topshop UK, as the previous reviews said they never received their order. I ordered 2 sale items and 1 full price item. I received dispatch notification 2 days after order, and my order arrived a week and a half later- which was fine for an international order. My order is an international order, it's going to North America. According to their website, it says it takes 5 to 7 Business Days for it to be delivered to North America. It's been more than that, almost a month and still nothing!!! I contaced their customer service and even filled out their online forms and still no response after a week. It's just some stupid automatic reply.

I have received an email notification from topshop that the order has been sent out on the 15th Jan 2011. still waiting for my shoes bought for 52Ł ;/ amd it's 22 FEB ...
Customer Service is not responding except standard email notification sent to me just right after I have send out an email in first place.

Desperately wanted a coat from Topshop, went to Bristol and Oxford St, both sold out. Luckily they had some in stock on-line! I ordered it immediately and when it arrived (few days late) they sent the wrong size, no option for an exchange so I went to re order a new one... sold out! I was devastated. I can't believe such a store selling high-end fashion would have such terrible customer service and failed communication with its customers. Appalling service from Topshop.co.uk.
Topshop emailed to say my order was being dispatched. Still nothing 2 weeks later.
Now 3 weeks later Topshop emailed to say they are refunding my money - no reason, nothing mentioned whatsoever.
I emailed to ask why they are refudning and why they have not sent my goods.
After another few days they reply and claim there was a problem with my address and the courier is returning the parcel.

Topshop has been my worst on line experience ever. I ordered some shoes 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting on them. When I tried to contact them on several occasions they tell me they have a overwhelming amount of emails to deal with and there is no need to contact them again they will answer my email as soon as possible.
