“Worst Customer Service- Sent wrong item”

I've been waiting 2 months for a return shipping refund for a wrong item that Topshop sent. Several emails and several different customer service people replying (that is if they are actually even real people) Emily, Alexia, and Brian... so far... I will never shop here again after this experience. I think it is disgusting that Topshop treats their customers this way. I have sent about 13-16 emails and still no refund. “Extremely poor delivery service ”

Ordered a parcel for nominated delivery - which may I add costs extra- left clear instructions as to what to do if there was no answer however my parcel is nowhere to be seen. Last time I ordered from Topshop the parcel was 4 days late and arrived at 9 at night from the courier who arrived in a car full of loud arrogant teenagers. “Only delivered 2 out of 7 items ...”

Delivery was promised pre Christmas, as ordered on Dec 18th. Partially arrived on 21st- 2 out of the 7 items ordered left by front gate in view of the road...even though we were at home. “Worst. Service. Ever.”

I don't know where to start. From the delivery service who left my parcel at an incorrect address but didn't mention it ["it was on the same road" being the given justification, weeks after I'd first emailed] to the illiterate customer services representatives... it's been a catalogue of rudeness and inadequacy. “Good gone bad”

Never had a problem with topshop delivery before, always arrived faster than expected. Although the last order, the delivery guy hid the parcel in a wheeleybin (gross) and it was drenched when i found it baring in mind topshop outer packaging is paper. “Delivery company really do begger belief”

Time and time again i have to complain about Top Shop's delivery. The staff in the call centre are very nice but the avareage hold time is 10 mins and yes you are paying for the call! This time the delivey company couldn't find my house! I did ask and yes the drivers have sat nav, they have maps. My house is where have had deliveries for the last 10 years. Made an international order from Topman UK three weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed customer service several times and either get no reply or some weak excuse that i need to wait up to two weeks. They supply a stupid tracking number that can't even be tracked. Worst online shopping experience ever, do not shop here, they are a bunch of muppets. They are very quick to take your money and that is it. I love shopping online. With work and social activity I often find it hard to get round the shops so being able to browse on my iPad is a dream! I love TopShop clothes and the fact they have a great website is another big plus point for them. I have shopped with Topshop for years now but lately everytime ive ordered there online Customer service is absolutely poor. They do not respond back for days sometimes not at all unless you keep sending emails. I have been shopping at Top Shop for many years and have seen the highs and lows. Recently, River Island has given TS a run for its money. Certainly their shoes are outstanding value.
However, TS is coming back as serious competition. Unfortunaely, as with many high street stores, it excludes a whole market of women out there who are not looking for short skirts, low cut to[s and sleeveless items but want the same up to date fashions. Is it beyond buyers to add sleeves, lengthen skirts and use boat necks for the modern dresses. Top marks for the tiger print midi dress which was simple but elegant and could be worn at any age. Just because women are older, they do not want to look like frumpts but nor they they want to look like mutton etc.
Surely older women are the ones with the money and someone should notice this gaping hole in the market. River Island are now moving in that direction with longer dresses. Hope TS does too.

“no one replies to my emails, no order received yet”

My order is an international one and that means it takes up to 9 days to arrive, When nine days passed and still had not received my order I decided to email Topshop, so as to help me track my order and inform me about its date of arrival.
