The invoice only shows full B service, even after a request before service for a detailed invoice. No emission certificate, no report on state of brakes or tyres. etc.
Next time I will use a main dealer. You get what you pay for.
My vehicle was returned in my opinion, dirty and damaged and it took five weeks to arrange the repair. I cannot identify the garage used as it may infringe the rules of the site but I will not use the service again… Read Full Review

My car was collected at 10am, within the window offered just. I had requested a Service and MOT, it had been MOT'ed by 11am and was fully serviced and engine flushed (extra £25 - though agreed, seemed fair at the time) by 2pm and by another garage to the one that MOT'ed it. Naturally the money disappeared immediately from my account £375 inc VAT - Service B on a BMW.

I used this service for the first time. Very friendly staff when I booked. Several reminders via a text message to remind me of my service date. Great communication in all respects. I was informed of one minor problem on the car (which I knew about) by the Service Car Staff and I was asked if I wanted it rectified. There was absolutely no problem when I declined.

I trialled Prestige to do my car service based on the service cost being £60 cheaper than the dealership service.
Once they had inspected the car, I had a call from the garage listing 7 additional faults that they believed needed rectifying.
One of those faults was the need for a brake fluid change costing £54.50+vat. I was told that the service book stated the car had never had a brake fluid change in its lifespan (its 5yrs old with 65,000 miles) therefore this was extremely necessary… Read Full Review

I believe Prestige Car Servicing is one of the best servicing centres around. On the contrary to some others, my experience was pleasant and hassle free. The operator that I spoke to was polite and honest. They collect my vehicle at the correct time, and everything on the day went well. Pretty much £270 for a wash and a vac and that was an average job! They wanted to charge £60 for wiper blades. £60 for anti-freeze. £700 for tyres. £60+ for spark plugs which in the manual say they need changing every 60 000km and mine was in for 17,000km! How my car was serviced reminds me to the case described by angelag.
When car returned from the service I had suspicion that not all necessary work was done. It was 9000 miles service which should be carried as per car manufacturer specification. To be sure that all necessary work is done I informed on writing the driver, who came to pick up my car, what is listed in my car manual and what should be done in addition to what is included in service A on car prestige servicing web site… Read Full Review

When I queried the work they said needed doing, my contact became very unhelpful and told me I needed the work done and could get a second opinion. Some of the work they said needed doing I had never even heard of! I said just do the service and bring the car back. They brought the car back with no paperwork - I just got a receipt via e mail saying service carried out but other details so to be honest, I don't even know what was done.
