Wanted to buy an Asus Transformer Book T100, and although we'd vowed never to use currys/pc world again, unfortunately we had little choice as they were the only company with any in stock. Reluctantly ordered through their click and collect service. Drove approx 20 miles as this was the nearest store (and indeed the only store) that had one in stock. “order in store NEVER”

Went into store to see what online offer really was. Also had some questions that needed answering. Sales person persudaded me to order now with them not online. If I went home and ordered on line would have been in store next day after 5pm. I ordered item Wednesday evening was told it would be here Thursday no show Thursday was told Sunday no show Sunday was told definately Tuesday which now was Christmas Eve no show. “customer service?????? joke”

Find somewhere else to purchase your goods.My local store in Aberystwyth has ignorant staff who know nothing about the goods they are selling and the company`s after sales service is non-existant as are their complaints procedures. Got the tv loaded in the car, was never told about the 8.50 a month insurance taken out, read the small print.you pay this till 2016, Waited for the paperwork to come throu the post so we could pay off when we liked, nothing came, went back to Swindon and was told....... Get this nothing to do with us, get in touch with creative finance, what a phone call , very rude. “Incompetent liars with awful customer service”

Bought a fridge freezer and it arrived damaged. This was discovered after having to unpack ourselves and dispose of the packaging. Numerous calls later and promises of them placing an order for a replacement, we find out a month later that no order was ever placed. So we have just been sitting with a broken item for a month and we have still not got any idea when we will receive a replacement. “No Cooker for Christmas ”

We picked out a cooker in the shop on the 30th November to be delivered and installed by Currys on the 21st December. On the 20th I got an email with a link to find a delivery slot time. “DO NOT USE CURRY'S THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!”

3 weeks after paying for our new dual fuel cooker it was delivered on Friday 13th December 2013, we had paid £95 for the installation service which stated that "all our installation team are qualified gas engineers". I bought a Bosch VarioPerfect washing machine for next day delivery. The delivery timeslot was confirmed and I took a day off. I checked their website, it said that the goods were on their way and should be with me around 3 p.m. All good so far. “Staff need customer service training”

On Friday afternoon December 14th my wife and I visited the Currys Store Basingstoke to purchase a new Cooker, arriving around 3.00pm. The assistant was very helpful and patient and we eventually settled on a Beko. We had ordered a Zanussi washing machine and had paid for the service of removal of the existing machine and installation of the new one, in addition to the cost of the machine itself. “Disgusting”

Bought Samsung fridge freezer with extended cover 2 years ago, fridge since broke down, 11 engineer visits later (over a period of 2 months) fridge still not working Last insult was today - engineer booked to 'write off' fridge so I can get a replacement, saw him pull up outside, he sat in the van for 20minutes then drove off. “What's happened to customer service???”

We purchased a Zanussi washing machine in June 2013 from the stafford store and it started smoking in November , I went in to Currys in stafford to ask for a replacement I was told to call the service line so I did , the engineer came out and said we needed a replacement great, then we asked when the replacement could be done Currys said the machine could be repaired, I don't think so!!! “Faulty Daewoo American Style Fridge Freezer”

We purchased a Daewoo American style freezer from Curry's just over two years ago for £789.98. It stopped working so we called out a technician. The gases had leaked and apparently this is not something that can be repaired. He confirmed this was a manufacturing fault. Basically the product is faulty.
