“bad bad bad Customer service.”

Please Don't buy anything from Curry's in the staples corner London. On 3rd Jan 2014 I bought a Sony TV from Curry's Store in staples corner London, that the staff showed me they had 2 available in the stock, and promised it will take no more than 2 Weeks. I have received a phone call on the 3rd Feb that my TV was ready for collection. “Vac Hoover 4 months old”

Returned vax as stopped working waited in Currys for 45mins to be told I've got to come back as it's hot to have shopped working for 24hrs then it's got to be sent away. What I suppose to use in the mean time ??? I've payed my money got 4 months use you should be offering an appology and a option of refund or exchange. I would not use Currys again or recommend. “DO NOT BUY FROM CURRYS”

Bought a washing machine yesterday with NEXT DAY delivery as my old washing machine has broken down. Website said this morning that my estimated delivery time was 14.40-18.40 but my son and I waited in ALL DAY anyway. Checked the website at 15.30 and 17.00 and still said estimated delivery time 14.40-18.40. Checked at 6.00pm and now says that they attempted delivery???! “Beko Dishwasher”

Do not buy Beko. I bought a dishwasher in October 2013, the pump has already packed up and Beko state that they won't replace the machine. We now have to wait another week for a new pump and take another day off work to sit and wait for the engineer. Why do Currys stock such rubbish, ok I understand it's not top of the range which I cannot afford but you expect it he product to last more than 3 months. “When installation means not usable”

My father, aged 91, ordered a washing machine and paid and extra £20 for installation as at his age he is not capable. After the delivery man went he found that the machine was not level or stable. He had to call someone else out to adjust the feet to stop it rocking! What does installation really mean. After contacting Currys they said all they do is connect the pipes. THAT'S IT. “Service is going backwards”

First of all I order a lot of stuff for work from curry’s and many a times there stuff arrives late. but for the last 3 times I have ordered . thing that come with free like £20 cash voucher with a Samsung galaxy 2 .over a month later I asked were was it and was told I have to apply for it .only to find out that this is a lie and it should have be sent out .In the end they gave it to me after a lot of back and to. “computor repairs”

sent Packard bell all in one computer in for repair and it was sent off to there experts to find fault.Was told it needed new screen and a new card at a cost of £400.00 this computer was only three years old and had cost over £8oo.00 deciding this was to much to pay I went out and bought new unit.The old unit I gave to my brother inlaw to use as spare parts but he decided to see if he could fix it.He phoned me to ask if I would like it back as he had it all working on asking him what he had… Read Full Review

“Washing machine delivered damaged ”

Washing machine was delivered, delivery men left without unpacking. Washing machine was cracked and broken both top sides with huge dent in front side. Bolts inside were bent, obviously had been dropped. After numerous calls still not had a replacement 10 days later. “Disgusting treatment of a disabled person”

We purchased a new cooker from Currys online. It was delivered at the specified time, however the delivery people would not take away the old appliance or the packaging. When challenged about the fact that the purchase was made on the understanding that this service would be provided, the delivery people said 'not our problem' and promptly did a runner. “washing machine delivery and installation”

This washing machine was recommended by Which and only Curry's carried it. I ordered installation when I ordered the machine to be delivered. The online date facility, which was well into the ordering process would not work, and I ended up ordering by phone. This is mildly annoying. Phone ordering was fine, and date of delivery a week later was convenient. Night before I was able to log into KnowHow and get a time slot, 2-6 the next day. From here on, rapidly down hill. 1. Good service. Called on Saturday to arrange a repair visit and was given the following Wednesday as the day the engineer would be in my area. Was given a 4 hour time slot for the repair and engineer arrived within that time. Engineer repaired dishwasher within an hour and was very knowledgeable. “Customer services regarding faulty goods”

Purchased a tv stand, full price paid. On opening goods damaged and slip enclosed item enclosed not in perfect condition Contacted customer services. Response - return to store for refund. Goods not in stock in local store 16miles away. Told item Can be ordered and will have to pay delivery charge. Recently I have been into 3 stores across Manchester, the Oldham Megastore being by far the worst, staff are uninterested. I would highly recommend its partner company PC World, although they are the same companies PC World is better by far, staff are very helpful they know what they're on about and seem to have an idea of what they're doing...Unlike Curry's. “AWFUL after sales service. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

If you have a faulty product and have parted with your cash, you will need an iron will and hours of time to waste if you hope to get a refund! Do not ring the expensive telephone number they give you, go into a store and make them do this for you. “Inflexible policy and confusing availability ”

I needed a built in, electric fan oven when mine blew up just before Christmas. I wanted to walk in, buy a cooker and walk out with it - simple - er, no. I went to two different branches of Currys.
