“Dangerous Know How Driver”

My wife has just been almost driven off the road by a "Know How" !!!! Curry's driver at 7pm on 1/11/16 in Blagdon, North Somerset, his reg no. is GF63N??. He was driving so fast approaching the narrow stretch of the High St. he was unable to stop which should constitute dangerous driving especially in a 30mph limit and small village. went into local branch on Monday. Ordered fridge, washing machine and freezer in graphite. The freezer and fridge were badly damaged. I arranged for these to be replaced. Wednesday morning my items were redelivered one was the wrong colour. I am now waiting for my 3rd delivery tomorrow lord knows what will happen. after spending 1 hour trying to order a fridge, freezer, washing machine and oven my bank blocked my card as they have had trouble with fraud at currys !!! so then on the phone to my bank for almost an hour all sorted with them so I called currys back to try and order over the phone and again could not take payment ! told me to try the next day. 24hrs later I try again the fridge I was going to get has gone up by £40 and the washing machine is no longer available so a new order is now £100… Read Full Review

Ordered an American Style Daewood Fridge/Freezer on 25th September in store. It was out of stock but got a text less than a week later with a delivery date - October 7th. My wife (self employed) took the day off, we got a text just after 7pm saying delivery between 3.10 & 7.10pm - perfect! “Failure to deliver and worst service available”

“Currys Colchester - the worst ever.”

Just don't bother going to Currys in Colchester, their customer service along with the 'Know How' team are the worst i have ever experienced. They never call you back, they don't know their products and they really don't care if you have any problems. Don't bother calling the store - they won't pick up. Don't bother calling the central support number unless you like listening to hold music for an hour. Save yourself a world of hassle and cost and just go somewhere else. I bought a Logik electric hob because it was on offer although it was not going to be fitted for about 5 weeks BIG MISTAKE. when the hob was fitted the controls got hot (53 degrees as tested by there engineer) but this was within the acceptable range although you could not hold your finger on it. Because we had the hob for 30 days we could not return it. Customer services are a joke, you hold for 5 or 6 minutes then they send you round in circles while you end up where you started. Sent my Samsung top of the range 3d tv for fix by currys knowhow for it only to come back not fixed.had samsung check themselves an they confirmed it wasn't fixed Know how refused to send samsung the engineers report. So I refused a second repair and insisted on replacement. Shop excellent. Leeds Guiseley fantastic . Delivery ok but felt tricked having to pay express delivery..... 24hour to me is not express!!!also to pay for taking old machine away!!...took out the 3 year customer support agreement after being told that it could take upto a 28 days to get my machine fixed without? On all three occasions it's taken time and effort to get hold of a member of staff to ask for a particular product on display. In all three cases we've then been told the product is out of stock.
