    In my opinion, Dolphin Bathrooms have very poor customer services after they have taken a customers payment. Their sales staff do not confirm dates for delivery/installation. I think that the company should be avoided at all costs.

    Dolphin Bathrooms are great at making promises, but they are awful at keeping them. The shower unit failed 6 times in the first 12 months.     Dolphin Bathrooms customer service don't ring back when they say they will, and Dolphins departments don't seem able to communicate with each other.     We have ended up NOT using Dolphin due to their appalling customer services, failure to keep appointments, failure to return telephone calls and ridiculous quotes.

    How this company continues operating with such an atrocious customer care attitude is beyond me.
