    The BT Vision V Box is a very reasonable price and better value than Sky. The service is relatively new so there are still a lot of things that need ironing out.

    All this coming from me, who served court papers on BT only 12 months ago.

    I have had a few problems with my v box and when i phone the help line, some of the staff do not appear to know what they are doing... Its almost like you are talking to yourself. I have been charged for what I haven't got and am unable to get the correct packages!

    In the end, sadly after being a BT Broadband customer from the very start of Broadband, BT have agreed to let me out of the contract so that I can go elsewhere.
    Be extremely cautious if you are seriously thinking about taking this unit, its not a substitute for Sky or Virgin, not by a long way.

    The staff know nothing about this service - I have just spent the last hour of my life trying to order the Ricky Hatton boxing fight, BT vision said speak to Freeview.
