I ordered a dress back in July for a function in August. After a few weeks I didnt receive the dress and I emailed the Company. The lady Zara who runs the company said that a dress was being made for me as they didnt have my size in stock. I said great but I needed the dress for mid August.
There was excellent email correspondence with the company until I asked for my money to be refunded as I hadn't received the item in time. Since then I have not heard back from them. The phone... (read more)

Ordered Dress, eventually after two weeks said size not in stock. One week later offered after size! then offered another dress! said no to both and requested refund. No more communication from the company either by email or phone... They are not responding to Email. 1 month now up and am sending in the bank to try and get my money back. (read more)

This company DON'T TOUCH THEM , nothing but a bunch of theives. Phone number doesn't work and everything about them from start to finish stinks.
Customer service, they don't know the meaning of the word.

DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!! Everything about them reeks of a sinking company that will do anything to keep your money. I drew their attention to the poor reviews on this site to highlight mine and their other customers displeasure, so would not be surprised if the positive ones that have suddenly appeared are written by them! I had seen a dress in a store in the US and I totally fell in love with it, but it was sold out. Luckily Curvydiva had it! (Which was also so much more convenient for me as I am in Europe). I had read the reviews in here and was very hesitant to order from this store. But I saw on the product page that I could actually write to the shop and ask about availability. i ordered 3 dresses in March I received 2 and was told hat the 3rd was out of stock and would be sent later. I returned the first 2 as I was not happy with the fit, I sent them back and the parcel was signed for but I have never received a refund despite emailing and writing. Just wish I had seen these reviews first. I will now be contacting my local trading standards to see where to go next. (read more)

I can only comment on my experience which does not match with others. I am not that impressed with the website, however the goods I received are of a very good quality. The delivery was slightly longer than I expected but all arrived safely around a week later than I had anticipated. On the same order I had ordered an item that they could no longer supply. If I can save one person money then I'll be happy. I've just had a telephone call from trading standards after I raised a complaint with them about non receipt of goods from Curvy Diva. Although they had loads of complaints about the company, it would appear that no-one had actually investigated further. Thank goodness for Aylesbury trading standards! I guess I shoud have googled this company for reviews before I ordered. Despite their claim fo 3 - 6 days I am still waiting for my tops some 3 weeks after ordering.
I have also tried to email them but had no reply. I guess i am technically within the "28 days if out of stock" so i can only assume that they hold very little stock and everything has to be ordered.
So, I will wait and see.

I purchased a dress for a wedding & then decided to order another for comparison but this one was not suitable and I returned it on 22.04.10. As of today, 10.06.10, I have not received my refund or a response and will be taking action to recover my monies.
Alternative site is Curvety - they sell the same clothes & are much more professional & courteous. (read more)
