6 weeks in and still awaiting tshirt order status has not changed have phoned no response have emailed 6 times no response have tried to find shipping company no success conclusion bandits who take your money and run believing they're untouchable and have no recourse pity they're also cowards who hide in the internet as if had an office I would would pay a visit and would get a refund !!!! Do not under any circumstances use this company they will take from you and bank the money avoid like a dose of the clap which I hope the owners get if anyone knows who they are please let me know so further action can be taken .thanks

plain and simple. I ordered a shirt for 26 dollars and they never sent it. i called and emailed them numerous times with no response or order status. I then filed a complaint with the BBB which has yielded no results. I still have not received my refund, T shirt, or god forbid and email. Do not give them your money. do not heed the other reviews on this site that give the company credibility. its is all farce. Wish i had read their file on the BBB before i had ordered. Probably will never get my money back. 

I ordered a shirt in early September, and its status never got beyond "New/Processing". I emailed for status, no response. I tried calling and got an unintelligible voicemail box. So I requested a cancel. Well, that got a response - something about how the order had already gone out, please consider, etc. I said no, I'd already ordered from someone else, please cancel. This was ignored. So I wrote saying I was going to dispute the charges. Finally another response, saying I'd be credited back in 24 hours. That was two weeks ago, with no credit or further communication in sight, so I'm disputing the charges.

So i made an order for a couple of t-shirts. A few days alter I go and check the status - still saying new/processing. I thought ok, give it a day or so. I checked again a week later. Still saying the same thing. I email the company asking for an update on the order. No reply. Wait a few more days. Still nothing. I finally emailed them to cancel the order and BAM!!! A REPLY!!! Now it was them asking me to reconsider my order cancellation. A simple reply to begin with and decent "customer service" would have had me not cancelling anything. Wouldn't buy anything from here and no recommendations for this site.

I ordered a shirt on 3/28, in order to receive it for a 4/19 birthday. Plenty of time for the usual order/shipping process! They never sent me a confirmation message and the order stayed in New/Processing status the entire time. I sent two inquiry messages to them through the website with no response. I left a voice mail today threatening them that I would report them to BBB and as many review sites as possible if I did not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours. I finally got a response from them today, of course after the threats of reporting them, that my product was damaged and they couldnt send it in time. Then I got a second email saying that the product was out of stock - and therefore CANCELLED!! They could have let me know weeks ago with enough time for me to order from another vendor to get the gift in time. I would never trust this vendor ever again and recommend that you simply order from somewhere else the first time around.

I had been searching everywhere for a particular shirt for my teenage daughter. I found it on rerock4ever and for a great price too. I ordered it as a gift (to be given 3 weeks after ordering). I received confirmation of my order that said "allow 6 days for processing". I checked the tracking after 10+ days and it said "processing". I emailed the company with no response. After 3 weeks I tried to email again to cancel my order, again with no response. After 3+ weeks my order was still "processing" and hadn't even been shipped! It was to late to give as a gift as my daughter's birthday had past. After almost 1 month and an email threatening to call the better business bureau and a request to cancel my order I finally got a response. My order was cancelled and I found the same shirt on Amazon.com with free shipping! It arrived in 5 days.

I ordered 2 shirts from rerock on wednesday. Today i got the shirt a week later. It's Tom Waits shirt. But the other shirt is backordered which sux. Oh well! I dont think the website is horrible... I just wish the service was speedier

Was looking t-shirts for my 15 old son. Have read reviews here about this company and was a bit confused. Didn't want to talk chance. As a result ordered and received 4 t-shirts very fast, great quality and very friendly service.

I would be hesitant to order from this website again. I ordered merchandise from them, and was given a date to expect my order. 2 weeks passed, and still no shipment. I was unable to track it with the information given, so I contacted the site via phone and email more than once, with no response. I contacted my bank about it, and they said they would get involved, and that once they did, I could expect to hear from the website. Sure enough, I received the shipment shortly thereafter. I don't know if I would have received the order had my bank not gotten involved.
What really bothered me is that they did not respond to my phone calls or emails until the bank contacted them.

I wouldn't even give the website the satisfaction of a one star rating but that's the lowest they offer! I ordered my hoodie on December 26 and I am still waiting!! I paid the highest shipping to have it arrive on the fifth, but still nothing. They told me it would be sent out the end of that week, making it around the 7th. Then changed it to the beginning of this week, and surprise surprise, nothing!!! Now I don't even get any responses from the dumb people! Worst company ever! Please listen to these reviews, this website sucks! Do not order!!
