Connection is stable with pretty good speeds at Fast. Service is dreadful at Fast.co.uk, always down or very slow. Customer service is worse. Admitted there was a problem but refused to compensate, still took monthly money for a service they were not providing.

There are probably cheaper ISPs out there, take your pick, but fast.co.uk don't impose hidden clauses, fair usage policies or restrict traffic such as P2P like many other's do (quoting from their website). Have been with Fast for nearly 2 now and have always checked out the cheaper providers as their offers come out, but every time I've come to the conclusion that cheapest is never best and that I am getting a very good service. I'd highly recommend fast to people who want a top class service.

They are a brilliant ISP, only one thing missing with Fast.co.uk is that they don't have their own forums.

Fast.co.uk have provided a consistent and reliable service.
Everything they promise has been delivered.
Support is superb and they will call you back, service means a lot to this company.
