“WORST NETWORK”

This has got to be the worst network I have ever been with. I live in Stoke-on-Trent area and my job requires me to travel a lot and I regular have no coverage. I even used the satnav to go to London a few weeks ago and it lost signal about 10 miles from London so I had to use my company phone network EE to get me to my destination in London. Sometimes it can be days before I receive texts of people, my wife sent me 2 texts the other day and even though I was traveling around it was 2 days… Read Full Review

“PLEASE BE WARNED ......Total Regret Of Ever Joining 3...”

After looking at signal of 3 Mobile Networks in my area and online chat with 3 representative ( who advised me that we had very good signal and would be happy to place an order for me)I decided to purchase a 3 SIM over the internet. When I receive the SIM place it in phone and loose 3 bars off my Samsung S4 and loose signal around my house and in and around my home town. You have had a lucky escape!! Your fears are justified however, Three have a habit of saying one thing and doing the opposite, then pretending the conversation never happened the way you recall it. With this company it is ALWAYS worth recording the conversations, and informing them that you are doing,have done so.
Good luck with leaving them, I hope this truly is the end of the matter.

Oops, nearly forgot, don't forget to cancel the direct debit!! I found out 6 months later that they were still taking mine.

“Poor signal in my area but sorted.”

I've been on the three network for the past 6 months & while I have had no problems getting a signal with my galaxy s4 all over the north west..(I drive for a living) I've had next to nothing signal wise at home! (Had to stand in garden to obtain 1 bar & no-one can phone me half the time). However called customer service who then sent me a box called home signal which plugs into your router. Your signal has not been sorted, Three are using your broadband connection to allow you to make calls.

Yes I know..that's why it plugs into your router?..it's just a figure of speech...I'll rephrase it...I can now send and receive calls using the box which uses the internet. It works....job done...Happy.

“I've stopped reviving calls and I can't call other people”

My phone cut off mid conversation, it said call failed so I though it was a signal issue but I had full bars.. When I tired to call them back it again said call failed and when they tried to call me, call failed! “waste of time, appalling customer service, go elsewere”

I am outraged by this company!! I was with them on a sym only deal for £15 a month. told my deal had been capped and I could not go over, suddenly I recieve a bill for £78!!! When I called and explained to them all I got was 'well you made the calls and now they have to be paid for'! Then stupidly last night, my other half persuaded me to apply for a contract with them on a 5s as they were the cheapest. “Worst ever network”

I'm with three network for the last 7 years, and got 3 contracts with them. I had a technical issue with my HTC One x recently and when contacted Three, without explaining things they transferred the call to HTC, saying the manufacturers handle the repairs. It was not the case in the past. Anyhow phone was collected on 7th of October and they said it would be returned in 5 days. Even after one week I didn't receive my handset. “Bad Quality and Poor Services”

When we lived in Essex, I used had three mobile and dogle, and somehowever th dogle single was unstable, one and off for several weeks, and finally I got hold of the customer services they advised me that they were doing some improvement works which was the reason why signals were down. “Rubbish”

Dreadful signal a lot of the time and its very slow. Even though i have a blackberry which is on contract my blackberry messenger stops working quite frequently. The network changes to 'sos' sometimes even when i am in my local area. The service is very poor and needs sorting out. The internet service is quite good but over all its a pile of rubbish! “Beware of deals and good luck trying to leave them!”

When I signed up initially the girl I worked with in the Grimsby store was very helpful and nice. They had an offer on if I got the iPhone with unlimited talk/text and data I could also get a dongle for half price. I thought it would be ok and asked if I was unhappy with it could I bring it back. They said yes. I was not happy with the speed I was getting and decided to stay with my phone and return the dongle. At this point they said I had opened it and therefore couldn't return it. My last provider offered best customer service but it couldnt give me what I wanted 1. Range of decent phones at upgrade 2.unlimited internet 3.reasonable price 4.in bristol I get excellent signal. Would be a great idea, they stopped us posting our Facebook link that has helped hundreds of Three customers. They will never admit that customer service is bad.

“No Signal No Deal”

On 30th July this year I agreed to purchase a telephone and service from Three, the salesman confirmed my post code enjoyed 'perfect reception'. The following day I switched on the phone but the signal strength wavered from one bar to none. I tried in various places around the village, nowhere would it rise above 2 bars, mainly it was zero reception.
