“Customer Service very quick to respond”

Very quick in answering calls, you are not on hold forever, they manage to sort out your problems fairly efficiently to be honest, and open 7 days a week. Good english speakers in India. Generally very good service. The 3 signal is the only thing about the network which isn't great, and not being able to turn off 3G… Read Full Review

“Awful company ”

This has to be the worst phone company for customer service. If you need to call the customer service centre calls go to India, reps have no manners whatsoever, are completely rude & do their utmost to be unhelpful if you have a query. Should you need any small change to your account, god help you as they operate a system of "computer says no". Have no brains to think. “WORST COMPANY AND WORST "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IN THE UNIVERSE”

I started a contract with these people a year ago and it has been only hassle since. From every point of view. There are literally none, zero benefits of going with this company, wether it's their products, their "Customer Service" or any sort of monetary benefit. I have been repeatedly hassled via phone from their sales team, sometimes up to six(!!) missed calls or voicemails a day (not even my mum calls me this much!) in hopelessly ununderstandable mutter. “Worst customer service in the world”

I registerd my sim on 31st dec only got it activated 16 jan after about 20 calls to customer service who just lie to you to get you off the phone I actually had 1 who rang me asking to speak to a guy from the store I bought it from, when I explained it was my account he said bye and hung up on me . “3 is completely blood sucker and time waster !!!!”

I joined 3 online on 1st of Jan,2014, paid 10p for their sim card by my debit card, so they got my bank information by this way. I waited and waited, the sim card finanlly arrived on 8th of Jan, 2014. “stay away! they are scam artists!”

Had a 2 year contract with three, after setting the direct debit with them, they took 12 upfront payments of £47 (£564) which absolutely rinsed my bank account straight away, called them up and they told me i had to prove it before they refunded me, they wanted me to scan my passport and driving licence, my monthly bank statements and a letter from natwest showing that it was them (hutchinson 3g communications) that done this, I reluctantly canceled my contract straight away and now have a… Read Full Review

Contact your bank and ask them to repay the money taken illegally. They have to do this under the regulations.

Post your experience on their Social Media pages, Facebook and Twitter to let others know.

They took 6 months Direct Debits from me after closing one account.

Contact any debt collection agency and tell them the history, they should pass it back to Three.

Send your complaint to their CEO.

“OK signal but disgusting customer service”

I went with 3 because they were the cheapest provider at the time. Apart from the signal not being the best, i was perfectly fine with my contract. Until they rang me all the time, pushing sales onto me. I had at one point 4 contracts because i was constantly being pressured into sales! If you refused, they wanted to know why. “Great Network, Bad Customer Service”

I have just changed from Giffgaff,I stuck with them so long as it was really cheap and figured you get what you pay for. Have just got a sim only month to month deal from 3 - the extra minutes and ability to tether my iphone is well worth the extra £6 a month. The Signal so far has been fantastic - makes me realise how bad my previous neywork was. “poor after sales and very slow internet”

“no Internet between 08:00 & 12:00 on Three mobile”

Ok Ive got 3 devices on the three network, 2 mobiles ( galaxy S4 iphone 5) and a three mifi, The first contract for the iphone was taken out as i live in a small town in the scottish borders, and my current mobile phone provider Vodafone is unable to provide a 3G service which is fair enough as this is reflected in the price plans i have. I'll do that straight away, coincidental I had a call from the complaints escalation team at three who again said there was no reported problems on the 2 possible masts at my home location but were going to instruct an engineer to carry out tests, whether they will or not who knows, she said she will contact me in 7 days so ill update the post then.

They are well known to be sparing with the truth and will never admit when they are at fault. Customers count very low on their list of priorities.
I used to try and advise people what to do on their Social Media pages, but was eventually removed, as are most people that complain these days. Worth posting your story on their Facebook page tho. The team there may actually try and help, they are UK based. Good luck.

I have been with 3 from the beginning. In the past I used to get really good deals, however, when I tried to renew my contract they wanted me to move from £13 to £32. They said my old contract was costing them £21 a month like it was my fault. Reception in recent months has been the worse in years. Customer services in India is appauling. In last 2 years l have lived in 3 different addresses in RCT area and have never had a chance to fully benefit 3 network due to weak signal and yet horrible service.its so true when they say you get what you pay for. “What a Brilliant Company!”

I get 3g coverage pretty much everywhere I go, it is also really fast. I once got 28Mbps over DC-HSDPA, which is sometimes faster than 4g! and as an added bonus, three are giving their customers 4g at no extra cost! what's not to love? Their customer service team are excellent and are very friendly. Also, for the price it can't be beaten. Their plans are very reasonably priced. “Helpful customer service”

Sim cards arrived within 2 days but unfortunately the signal was very weak in our area. Contacted customer service, the staff spoke very clearly and were very polite and helpful. “Fantastic Network 3g almost everywhere!!!”

Three is a fantastic network and are probably the best network that i have experianced. I have been on vodafone, o2 and tesco and so far three has been the best. They have 3g signal almost everywhere I go and it is very fast. Also it is completely unlimited and i can tether. Three also said that as I have signed a contract with them, they will upgrade me for free to have 4g.
