tried to return unwanted handset. unfair price. opened box+turned on mobile.
3 wont take it back. threatening to charge for handset price+must undertake whole contract. completely ridiculous

Three Mobile is absolutely hopless. Offshore call centre has no idea what they're talking about and the reception is appalling. The phone hardly ever works. Can't get out of my contract but the minute I can, I'll be off. Do not subscribe to this company!

I got internet from them and it is a total rip off!!! Then I cancelled the contract and after 2 months I got another bill, when I phoned they said I never cancelled and have to give another 30 days notice and will have to pay for another month.

Absolutely terrible signal coverage, it doesn't matter which part of the country I'm in either. I will not be renewing my contrack next year.

I had a 3 supplied phone & calling plan in Australia.

In short, it was the single worst experience with a business I've ever had.

For your own sake, look past their marketing and take these reviews of 3 seriously.

i have had a contract phone with 3 with was a great deal but its now broken for the 2nd time sonnyerricson and a few of my friends have had the same problemo not too happy bout it the signle is crap also dont work abroad i wouldnt recomend it sorry

I've been on the Three £12 Promotional contract for around 9 months now, and unfortunately, my contract term cannot expire soon enough.

3 Mobile has shockingly bad customer service, and quick to involve a debt recovery agency for money which was not due. They do not listen to what you say and should be avoided at all costs. Agree a contract with them and you will struggle to end it... ever.
