“Excellent service”

I have been with 3 for 2 years now and have never had any problems. Just one time I didn't have reception for 5 minutes, but this is something normal, no matter the provider. Everytime I called customer service, although the person I would speak to was foreign, I have been always treated in a polite manner and my problem was solved, if not while I was on the line, within 1 hour. “3 is probably the worst nowadays”

I have been with 3mobile now for just over 4 years and over that time they have become utterly useless, when I started with them they were exceptional but over time their Internet cover has just become appalling. However I believe they do it on purpose cos about 10 times I have rang them up to complain and suddenly I have great signal again!! “Their mistake, my burden?”

I've been with 3 for 2 years. So after my initial contract ended I was qualified for an upgrade. I did this over the phone and my phone was delivered within a day. However, it was delivered with the wrong Sim card!! A micro, pay as you go Sim with a different number. This was not compatible with my iPhone 5s. This was very disappointing, as I required the phone ASAP! Being without a device nowadays is a total burden many would agree. “Recommend Staying Away...”

I've been with 3 for nearly 4 years and have to say coverage is fairly good except for some truly busy areas where the phone is constantly looking for service... The first major problem with this network is overseas Customer Support which us truly rubbish but everyone uses the cheaper overseas option so can't be mad. Having scrolled through the many bad reviews I feel like having to speak up for Three. I have only been with them for just over a week, but their customer service have ironed out all starting niggles much better than previous providers (virgin on T-mobile, GiffGaff on O2 and Vodafone) Although the network coverage for voice does not come close to EE (Virgin now), it easily beats Vodafone and O2. “Really good”

I have been a customer of 3 UK since September 2013 and have nothing but praise for them, I have an all you can eat data allowance and use my phone constantly, I work shifts and it's great to be able to watch a video or read the news whenever I want to. I have only have on drop out of service and that was for only a few minutes on a busy Friday night. Three mobile is the best network I have used and I hope to stay with them for a long time. A.Dale. “Diabolical & Non-Existent Data/Internet Connectivity”

Three network pretend to be Britain's "leading" internet/data network. What a joke! I've spent many hours this week trying to get online, and it has frequently been impossible - even when all five bars and 3G logo are showing. If you use the free Open Signal App, the reception is so awful and non-existent that Open Signal frequently confirm it with a "Failed" result. “Awful company, rubbish product.”

I bought a mifi device from 3 last year. It only costs £13 pm but would have thought the product would at least work. The poor reception has meant the mifi device barely give a wifi signal (if any) it's a complete waste of money. Luckily I had signed a 12 month contract, and at thee d of the contract I cancelled my dd. however I soon started to receive harassing calls and voice mails. “My number doesn't work for around 48 hours”

I'm without my number for around 48 hours, because of misselling! I was switching from PAYG (three) to a contract (three) and I've been told that my number transfer to a new sim will be immediate, without any waiting, because it's on the same network. (and it's not something I misheard, my phone records all calls automatically, so I have a proof!) “Best deal ever”

I have been with Vodafone , giff gaff , O2 , EE , orange , tmobile. Basically every major network except 3. In my area I get 22mbps down on speed tests for 3G it's incredible. Fastest in my area and the cheapest with unlimited data all for 12.90 a month sim only. Have had to use customer service a few times. Being with 3 is like going back to the days of 56K dial-up. Their 3G is ridiculously slow and their coverage is patchy at best. They're making a big fuss about 4G yet it's going to be available in so few areas that only a handful of people will be able to use it - everybody else has to put up with their terrible service. “Thieves!”

1.5 years ago I signed a contract for monthly payments sim only. Unfortunately, the network signal is weak and disappears without a reason, so I decided to break the contract. It was a subscription of 12 pounds a month. 2 bills before deciding came for the amount of 27 and 29 pounds. After the break the contract I got a bill for 62 pounds, with no connection was doing that were on the bill, and some of them were double-counted. Every second voicemail was counted as a minute. I've never known anything like it - the signal is absolutely awful pretty much everywhere! Even when there is a single bar of signal its impossible to send text messages or make calls. The 'home booster' does absolutely nothing to help with the signal problems, I have another 11 months left on my contract - I'm actually going to set up a contract with another company and pay 2 x bills each month just so I don't have to use my '3 phone'!.. I've been with 3 network for about 7 years never had a problem until I changed my iphone for a samsung 4s now its rubbish from home only.So is my boyfriends he changed to 3 coz I said it was good. He has a samsung and gets nothing from home. Beginning to think its the phone. Anyone else had problems with samsung phone,??

I was due my upgrade with three, I chose the grey iPhone5s. When my iPhone was sent to me in was happy until my charger suddenly stopped charging my phone or any phone for that matter. “Very bad coverage/call sustainability”

In two months I have lost count of the number of times my friends have coverage, when I have 'no service' showing on my new iPhone 5s. The only thing positive I can say is that when you call them they answer quickly and are very helpful. Apart from that, their UK network totally sucks.
