“Awful company, rubbish product.”

I bought a mifi device from 3 last year. It only costs £13 pm but would have thought the product would at least work. The poor reception has meant the mifi device barely give a wifi signal (if any) it's a complete waste of money. Luckily I had signed a 12 month contract, and at thee d of the contract I cancelled my dd. however I soon started to receive harassing calls and voice mails. “My number doesn't work for around 48 hours”

I'm without my number for around 48 hours, because of misselling! I was switching from PAYG (three) to a contract (three) and I've been told that my number transfer to a new sim will be immediate, without any waiting, because it's on the same network. (and it's not something I misheard, my phone records all calls automatically, so I have a proof!) “Best deal ever”

I have been with them for about four years now and never had any major problem. They have network problems here and then, mostly in rural areas but I have always received good coverage on main roads, towns and cities. I have been with Vodafone , giff gaff , O2 , EE , orange , tmobile. Basically every major network except 3. In my area I get 22mbps down on speed tests for 3G it's incredible. Fastest in my area and the cheapest with unlimited data all for 12.90 a month sim only. Have had to use customer service a few times. No problems a few of them were English a couple Indian but all perfectly polite. The area I live in is quite rural in parts. The Isle of Wight. “Terrible company, awful service.”

Being with 3 is like going back to the days of 56K dial-up. Their 3G is ridiculously slow and their coverage is patchy at best. They're making a big fuss about 4G yet it's going to be available in so few areas that only a handful of people will be able to use it - everybody else has to put up with their terrible service. “Thieves!”

1.5 years ago I signed a contract for monthly payments sim only. Unfortunately, the network signal is weak and disappears without a reason, so I decided to break the contract. It was a subscription of 12 pounds a month. 2 bills before deciding came for the amount of 27 and 29 pounds. After the break the contract I got a bill for 62 pounds, with no connection was doing that were on the bill, and some of them were double-counted. Every second voicemail was counted as a minute. “Worst network I've experienced in 20 years of owning...”

I've never known anything like it - the signal is absolutely awful pretty much everywhere! Even when there is a single bar of signal its impossible to send text messages or make calls. The 'home booster' does absolutely nothing to help with the signal problems, I have another 11 months left on my contract - I'm actually going to set up a contract with another company and pay 2 x bills each month just so I don't have to use my '3 phone'!.. I've been with 3 network for about 7 years never had a problem until I changed my iphone for a samsung 4s now its rubbish from home only.So is my boyfriends he changed to 3 coz I said it was good. He has a samsung and gets nothing from home. Beginning to think its the phone. Anyone else had problems with samsung phone,??

“SENT ME A FAKE iPHONE CHARGER”

I was due my upgrade with three, I chose the grey iPhone5s. When my iPhone was sent to me in was happy until my charger suddenly stopped charging my phone or any phone for that matter. “Very bad coverage/call sustainability”

In two months I have lost count of the number of times my friends have coverage, when I have 'no service' showing on my new iPhone 5s. The only thing positive I can say is that when you call them they answer quickly and are very helpful. Apart from that, their UK network totally sucks. “Great over all network”

Three is a great network with a great 3G coverage. I always get 4 bars! I have been in contact with the customer service, it is in india so you do get the occasional mistranslation but if you speak slow its fine. I was on Vodafone before this which was awful. The only downside with three is if the 3g fails there is no 2g back up. So when the network fails is all collapses! But overall 3 is a great provider!… Read Full Review

3 Customer services only intention is to get your name post code date of birth and some times bank card number as well..and whatever the problem is you will get a imaginary case number..customer services people with sleepy voices sometime speakers other language as well..I am sure 3 is not giving them wages...it's a nightmare to call 3 customer services and network is unmatchable worst....it was lowest price before but prices are more than Vodafone orange and t-mobile… Read Full Review

I am in one and a half year of my two years contract which is six more months to go before I am free from theirs pathetic dial up disconnecting constantly and a facking crappy service. “Terrible from start up until the moment you've left”

Signed up to a monthly contract online at £12.90. Email confirmation received. Received bill and tariff had changed to £15.90. After approximately 1 hour on the phone to the worst call centre in India, I still had to send them my email evidence. No ability to cross check the online order against their own accounting package. Got a great deal for the iPhone 5S and a new cover thrown in for free. The member of staff helping me was super friendly and did everything he could to get me the best deal. When I wanted to switch my old number over to my new sim card, the customer service team were great and got it done very quickly. “Awful...stay well away”

Wish I could rate it minus 10. Network coverage is very poor (London/Kent border). Customer service is even worse...I spoke to someone today and was told a supervisor would call me back..6hrs later still nothing!! I will NEVER be using 3 mobile network again. “3's own website doesn't work properly, and they deny it.”

I am on broadband PAYG, and every time I try to check my usage, the page won't load. I can just about get onto to other websites without too much bother, but their own website is left sorely wanting.
