In May of last year I cancelled my mobile contract with THREE for no reason other than I couldn’t get a signal either at home (other than via the app) or at work. I cancelled my contract over the phone and was given a PAC code which I was told would last for thirty-days. “Worst service ever”

I am moving to a new house. There is no service there. Three say they 98% of the country. Downright lie. There are many areas with no reception. It takes 30 mins plus to get PAC code even then you have to get cross. No asked for unlock code - this takes 7 days for internet request and four days for phone request. I upgraded my current contract in January 2017 and the Portsmouth store delayed the upgrade until Feb. As I was going to pay less for my bill, I believe they only delayed it to obtain the maximum fees they could. I was advised I would receive a FREE tablet which turned out to be false as I pay £10 per month for the tablet/extra Wifi. I have been with almost every phone provider and Three is by far the worst I had to cancel the contract within the colling off period. Three market an International sim so you can use calls, texts and data abroad. Nowhere on the website does it mention this actually only lasts for 2/3/4 (they still can't give a definite answer) until you are charged premium rates for using your phone abroad. “Making me out a liar!!!!!!”

My iPhone 6 stopped working after 18 months so took it to 3 store who then said take to apple store which I did only to be told the screen wasn't a genuine apple part , so no repair carried out !! Phoned 3 to log complaint only to have the executive office say they can let me out contract and get another phone with no upgrade fee !!!!! . I have a PAYG account that has now expired and I want to go elsewhere. BUT they wont issue my PUK code to unlock my phone. They do not honour what they say to you. Right from the customer service centres in India to the high street stores. They say anything to get you to sign a contract and then back track on multiple promises. I used to have 3 phone contracts and 2 MiFi devices with them and I am trying my best to leave. My latest dispute is with one of the MiFi devices. After paying £300 to cancel the contract completely. They have just sent me a £20 bill for the last month of the contract. I have been a three customer for over 10 years, but the last 6 months the reception and service seems to have declined to the point I want to end my contract and go elsewhere. I regularly get No service, Very Slow Internet, No signal, Dropped and missed calls plus texts that just won't send.. Before I got a contract with them I tried a SIM PAYG just in case. Just as well as 3 sent a voicemail (with nothing in) every time I started the phone. Looked on line but all the guff there didn't work, so I contacted 3. I didn`t know all the call centres were in India. NO one really understood what the problem was - 1st chap said the VM wasn`t set up It WAS...I had to wait 4 hours. Still no resolution to the problem. “Blocked my SIM with no notification and no reason”

I'll keep this short. Basically Three blocked my sim which meant I could only make emergency calls. Being disabled my mobiles my lifeline. They said that I was using the calls not make non-personal calls and to this day I don't know what the hell that means. After making a complaint and being without a phone for a week they then re-instate my service with no redress of my complaint. I'm currently awaiting a SIM from Orange so I can change providers. 3G took money from my current account for three years even though I have never opened or requested an account with them I noticed a direct debit for a small amount after retirement and finding more time to look more closely at outgoings.
