“best move ever. cheap and reliable. ”

I moved to the 3 network from EE. They provided me a cheaper SIM only deal and I have nothing negative to say. The reception is better and even when you have one bar of reception you get a perfectly clear phone call. 4G is patchy at times but they are improving this and you can't moan as it I'm a free for all customers. “incompetent business methods”

I cancel a contract by phone, I confirm it in writing by email. I get email acknowledging receipt. I then get bill for October 12th showing wrong dates. I then phone at my expense, get put on hold twice and finally get told 20 minutes later that the correct bill has been sent out dated October 16th and that the first one was the automatically generated one. “Terrible Customer Service”

As a result of Moving home I cancelled my three mobile broadband.I'd been with them for 8 years, no problems with coverage etc. I did this through their website "Contact us" process as I had been waiting 45 minutes to speak to them (standard waiting time). I submitted my notice of cancellation at the end of July & heard nothing. “Heartless company with poor network coverage”

My 18 year old son was recently the victim of a mobile phone fraud and 3 are expecting him to foot the bill. He is a new degree student, who volunteers for Oxfam but is desperately seeking paid work. I have been a customer of many mobile phone network providers and I have never come across a company as bad as Three in my life. In 2009 I did not make a payment for one of my bills which was £68 as three over charged me and I did not get any network signal at my house for several month, with no one willing to sort anything out. “Terrible service not worth the hassle, sign up elsewhere”

Terrible service! Upgraded to iPhone 6 plus on Friday and no service from then, called up customer service and they have no idea one person said assuring me ready by tomorrow. Called again 5mins ago, they said should be ready in 24hrs AGAIN!! In truth they don't know what's going on and how long it will take!! I rely on my phone for business, I loosing out because of them. “10 years of stupidity”

Yep I've been with three for over ten years and i really don't know why, i must have thought that its better the devil you know. Anyway, the customer service is creepy in its overfamiliarity and quite pleasantly useless where as the sales\cancelation teams are very slippery and can be a pest. I have, over the years, had in total 7 x dongle contracts and 6 x mobile phone contracts which have been used in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. “Customer-service needs to improve!!”

I have been with '3 network' for many years now and i am alright with the network itself. Overall, it is not so bad. However, the customer services is a massive fail! I had problem with accessing voice-mail and after keeping me on hold for more than an hour, one of the technical staff asked me to switch-off my phone and switch back on (which i already did before i made the call). “Terrible service”

Terrible service from the call centre. I was kept on hold several times for long periods. As I was trying to cancel a contract I guess they were trying to make it as difficult as possible. I no longer needed my contract but they insisted that this wasn't a reason they could put on their customer feedback form and they couldn't continue with cancellation until this was complete! If you don't EVER want to contact your phone company, then they are not to bad. Contacting 3 to spend money = 53 seconds and your talking to someone in uk. Contacting 3 to get help = 31 minutes on hold (gave up) when you do get through (india call centre). TRY IT yourself. … Read Full Review

I also cant wait till my contract is ovet, the reception is nearly non existent. I cannot make a call or receive in the house at all . To send a text I have to go outside and walk along the road,also any one who has sent me a text I do not receive it till I leave the house and walk which in most cases the text has been sent the night before. Had 3 mobile wi-fi for nearly 2 years now. Cannot wait for contract to end. I would have liked to give a zero star rating but this was not available. The service is awful and when you contact 3, all they tell you is that they are carrying out maintenance work. This happens on a regular basis. 3 then try to tell you that you have been informed by e-mail but if you have no internet how are you supposed to read it!! I agree.. I went with three because of the deals on internet... but its absolutely terrible. Cant wait for my contract to get over and I will do my best to warn friends and family never to go with three.

avoid this company at all costs worst customer service i have ever experienced. cancelled bbm service on a blackberry as there were problems with the handset, this was months ago and as yet they are still taking payment from my account. i have also cancelled 2 contracts with them got a final account for one contract, early cancellation fee, but did not get a final bill on the other and so one of their advisers then rang me with threatening to send this a/c to collection agents as i had… Read Full Review

“Wonderful price on calls and texts but rare to get a...”

I do get a signal at home, but a list of places as long as your arm where I get 4 or 5 reception bars, but the phone shows SOS calls only. Tried anyway, and all calls and texts have failed. Though the tariff is keen, what is the use if you can't contact anyone. The other way round, how many calls and texts to me have I never seen.
