I am on my second day and have already lost 3pounds. I am really enjoying this diet as it is not like any other, I have a bowl in the morning and a bowl for dinner then a main meal for tea. Love this diet, fingers crossed I can keep up the weight loss.

Add soy milk to your Kellogg's Kickstart Special K cereal instead of regular milk, it will increase benefits. Soy milk as been shown to cut any fat eaten through out the day as well as decrease risks for heart disease!

I eat dinner before 7pm and walk 5 days a week, with 2-3 ...
