Its good to start up with them, but Ive been with them for 4 months and I have not had one purchase from online. Customers constantly complain that they cant navigate through the online store, or the get stuck in a page....
Therefore I do not recommend 3dcart.com

3.0 better, but needs to support multiple browsers and an easier to use interface for customizing. This header and footer changing has to go I feel. Priced too high for a program that still needs to work out the bugs and test using outside people, not your own developers in my opinion! Better than b ...

Unhelpful customer service. Super slow in my experience and as far as I am aware there is a 3dcart security is an issue? I do not recommend to use 3dcart ever. Site always crash, customer service? Personally found customer services to be very unhelpful. Using 3dcart is a 'here is your site good luck' solution I felt. I switch to network solutions and love it! Customer service is 24/7, very friendly and helpful. I would think twice before going back to 3dca ...

Much better solutions out there for small, medium, large businesses. If you care enough about your product and service I don't recommend using 3D CART because their customer service and support are about a 1 on a 1-10 scale.

It was easy for me to setup my shopping cart with them. My design came out beautifully! I would recommend them anytime. Great support, efficient back end systems, exceptional design services.

There is not another company that let's you use your own photo URL's and provides daily product feed uploads. So if you have images to upload, use Volusion, Monster Commerce. If you need to use URL's for images, you dont have much of a choice but to use 3Dcarts. (The 30 day trial is not long enough ...
