I highly recommend tesco insurance but would like to point out how exspensive tests and treatment for dogs is,i found the standard cover is nowhere near enough.

Very disappointed in the very slow response to my claim. I will be changing insurers if and when they pay out.

Had one small claim whilst covered with Tesco Pet Insurance and they dealt with it quite quickly (in 6 weeks).
Not sure that the service I received warranted a price hike of over £20 per month!

Apparently they require a medical history of the kitten. The vet has faxed this 3 times to Tesco. Tesco still ins ...

Not only did I have to sit and watch a much loved cat slowly dying, before the vets discovered he had CRF and ultimately put to sleep, but now I find Tesco are being more than a touch reticent about paying up.

I wasn't overly bothered about the mounting vet bills as he was insured, but I still had ...

Tesco Pet Insurance have a 12 months limit on a condition - took dog to see eye specialist and they told me to leave cataracts for a while. Mentioned to Tesco about cataracts. Didn't claim about the testing for her eyes as thought would do it all together. When I went back and saw the Vet to begi ...

Tesco Pet Insurance Review - Submitted a claim in October 07 for a biopsy for possible bone tumour in our Labrador. After persistent calls and eventually in January being told the claim was rejected due to an ongoing arthritic condition, the vet has submitted a detailed report and history stating c ...

The best non specialist pet insurance is Sainsburys and Marks and Spencers, as they will cover your pet for one condition for its whole life! Pet Plan, Pet protect RSPCA, are some of the best insurances available.
When you take out pet insurance always check that your pet will be covered for life fo ...
