    British Gas have poor call out times and have started to charge for extras after 10 years loyalty although price per month is very good.

    A very good supplier with hardly any problems encountered. The unit price is quite good as compared to other companies. Would definately recommend British Gas to others.

    I would not consider changing supplier as I am very happy with British Gas and believe I am paying less than some providers.

    No problems at all, easy move from n-power, British Gas did all the work and were very helpful.
    Very polite on phone I have found them easy to contact.

    I, like the previous reviewer inherited Britsh Gas as my supplier. They took so long to to set up a direct debit I had already paid £40 a month direct into their account via my internet account so didn't bother setting it up as I was in credit.

    British Gas recently announced that it lost 1 million customers - I'm not surprised. It doesn't deserve any customers!

    I had a lot of problems with British Gas. They set me up on a payment plan, then sent a bill out saying we had not paid on time, when it hadn't even arrived at our first paying date. The customer service rep. was rude.
