Shocked at the £48.00 bill for three calls to 118500, I asked BT to tell me which three numbers their service had connected to.
After several email responses in which the operative simply repeated call price structures and other information available in my bill, I finally received a call from BT today. I am informed that 118500 is not a BT service but BT will speak to an 'outsource' team to try and get the numbers. the operative suggested I call 118500 again to explain my request… Read Full Review

Grossly over-rated and down right robbery.
Asked for a no. and given a totally wrong no. including area code. Apart from the cost of ringing this wrong no. I was charged £3.67p for the privelidge of using BT/ I complained and duly wrote to BT but they did not have the decency to reply , (yet they state that any complaints are dealt with in 8 weeks!! it's now 3 months. Aso when I rang 118 500 to complain I find that I was charged another £3.67 on my next bill for that call as well!!!
Will I be using them again? What do you think?
