Wow. Never have I been so utterly disgusted over such terrible customer service. Miss Selfridge should know better- being a huge high street store. I am never, ever going to buy from the again and my friends have been put off too. Bought a coat (online exclusive) over a month ago for a holiday I am going on to New York. Placed my order and received confirmation of dispatch. Waited for a delivery several weeks to find out that it was OUT of STOCK!!!! After status "dispatched" -> it has been cancelled. Very very disappointed and disgusted. Waited for nothing. Ruined all my plans. (read more)

i ordered several item's & two weeks went by & still nothing no word from them at all. i soon recieve an email asking me to review the items i'd purchased! i hadn't been delivered anything so i phone immediately, & am put on hold for half an hour. disgusted by this & the fact that i had no goods i'm quite ansy when i finally get through to someone who was a complete & utter disgrace. she did not once apologise & couldn't tell me what had happened to my order. i then got cut off. i phone... My online experience: Ordered and paid for on the 02/07/11 confirmation email sent the same day. Dispatch confirmation email sent on the 06/07/11. Estimated delivery to Australia from the UK 5-8 working days. Till this day I have not received my parcel. There are no current strikes or labor disruptions in the postal service for either countries, no weather disruptions nor is it a a public holiday. What could possibly be causing such a delay. After waiting over 2 months time, I still have not received the dress I ordered from them. After sending 3 emails to Customer Service, they have still not replied to my queries. I have never purchased from an online company with such poor service standards. I will never purchase from them again. (read more)

I have taken 3 days off of work to sit in and wait for HDNL to deliver my item that was supposed to be guaranteed next day delivery.
Day one: They said they had no access to my property. Funny that royal mail and other couriers have never had a problem!
Day two: Driver says item was delivered to me personally. This is a total lie. I have been in all day and no one has come to the door. Nothing has been left with a neighbor and no signature has been obtained.

One month has passed and I am still awaiting a refund. I have contacted customer service who sent an automatic response with exactly the same as what was on the site. Did it not occur to them that I read the site before contacting them? I contacted them a 2nd time and they have yet again, sent me an automatic response. 4 weeks is absolutely disgraceful to await a refund. Bought a maxi dress 2 week ago from miss selfrige online shop. the dress was teared, the colour was not as shown online and the quality is poor(very thin textile). Returned by post the same day. After 1 week I enquired about the status of my refund and was told they can confirm they have refunded me, however, I never got the refund. 2 days later they told me they never got the item I returned. I have ordered a product from Miss Selfridge on 23 jan and they could not delivered the product. On 16th Feb i cancel the order and asked them to refund the money. Until 03 March i am still awaiting for refund and product is still with courier.
I will never buy anything from Selfridge and any related company. (read more)
