“Worst delivery ever!”

Order went smoothly, but I received a calling card from YodelHome after 3 days of placing the order. The card said that my order had been left at my backdoor. Well I looked there, and round pretty much the whole garden, NOTHING. I asked YodelHome about it, and they just said sorry and that they'd interview the driver. I just ordered items on the 13th March, my items have still not arrived today. The items were despatched, and now I cannot even track it. I emailed River island and they said if my items do not arrive until April 11th (one month later) to contact them then. WTF... you pay for good and they don't show up and I should wait for over a month for them to investigate it... I'm so annoyed... to make matters worse I have put in another order waiting over 7 days for that, so will see how that turns out..... total cost was about 300 pounds!!!!

i ordered some garments in the sale,the ist time id ordered anything.i asked 4 them to deliver to a neighbour,they put my parcel over a wall so they said i avnt even got a wall,so the parcel went missing,i waited in the c/service queue which didnt tell u how many people were waiting,and used all my 4.80 worth of credit without getting through,ive ad to email them and get an answer every 2 days from wich i think theres a robot on the other end after telling them 3 times i still av not… Read Full Review

“Takes too long”

What a terrible delivery service, took nearly double the standard delivery time it should of taken. However, I'm always prepared to wait because the quality of the items are always good quality and of a nice, flattering fit. They should tell you if the item is limited in stock or not, would help a great deal. I love the range of different styles they have as they're unique but I can find most of their jewellery at other, cheaper places. All the rings go pink after one use! I loved the clothes on the site for my boys, ages 4 and 8. It's way better than Children's Place, Gap or any other U.S store for boys that is affordable. BUT, shopping online is not easy and according to the other reviews my order would have probaply never come. I contacted the company and they kept suggesting that maybe I need to check my funds. I don't often leave reviews but the service I've received from RI has prompted me to air my views. I recently ordered two items totalling £125. They didn't fit so I returned them and obtained proof of posting. After a week of not hearing anything (no email or refund) I contacted RI customer services who said they wouldn't even look into it until 28 days after posting. I spent 100$ on clothing on River Island last night, and this morning I got an email saying my order is canceled. I called the bank to see if something was wrong with my card, but they said the payment went through. I emailed them and hopefully I will get an email back in 48 hours. I'm so angry with river island. Been a good customer since long and everytime there was a problem like returning something its been always not very good with the staff. Even the manager is not good. I just love everything in that store. They offer a good selection of women's clothes. Most of the casual clothes are more expensive than the Zara or Mango but still I think the quality is better. There are also lots of basics such as sweats, t-shirts, underwear, pajamas and basic shorts and pants. “Sent to the wrong depot!”

i ordered two pairs of trainers and a t-shirt last tuesday and it said i would get these items in a few days! i'm sitting here a week later still haven't received my items! so i tried tracking the parcel! i want onto the website and it says my parcel has been sent to the wrong depot which is in N.ireland! i live in LONDON! how does that work out?? as soon as i receive my parcel i will not be ordering from river island again!! easier and quicker to just go into the store!
