“Best all round hosting company, period!”

I have been with Heart Internet now for about two years. Before that was Webfusion and a few others. I can honestly say they have the best support staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they phenomenally patient but they are deeply interested in your issues and how to resolve them. My account is a reseller account which is by far the best I've used. “Rubbish”

On the website it states "Your First Year 3 Months Free", I did not realise this meant the equivalent of 3 months free for a year's subscription. So I got what I thought was a 3 months trial for their reseller and got billed for their first month. Their customer service stinks and only get a response by one person by email and phone. “The extra mile”

The server access was denied for no apparent reason. Your service personnel identified the cause as beyond the terms of our service agreement but he said he would have a quick look. “First class responsive customer support”

I was truly impressed by the speed of response over the weekend to a real pickle I had got into trying to transfer 2 domains, a web site and an email account from GoDaddy to Heart. I lost count of the number of times the ticket ping ponged back and forth over the 2 days sorting out some genuinely tricky issues. I also appreciated the caring a courteous responses throughout. “Configuring AWStats on Godsplan.”

I recieved an email from Webfusion telling me (my website godsplan.org.uk)would be updated and moved to Heart Hosting on the 25th June 13. I did not know why,and I must admit I was worried about the change over. However all my worries disappeared because I had lots of help from both sides to which I was suitably impressed. “Huge range of services + easy to use, but not without...”

The range of stuff you get for your money is massive, and the service is generally very reliable. It's mass market stuff though, so don't expect to be treated as an individual. The support is a little hit and miss, this and the lack of telephone support is a big reason why I may be leaving them. “Good support for Common Issues, but some uptime issues”

My main problem with the company is that they don't make public reports of server uptime available (shared web hosting) - so they're not as accountable as they should be. Many of us don't visit our own or our clients' websites regularly throughout the day, and so many of Hearts customers will be carrying on regardless unaware that their website/s could have been suffering big downtime problems, or slow response times. “Always a fast, helpful response”

My main reason for using Heart is their customer support. Everything is done via support tickets rather than the phone (which at first I had my doubts about) but this actually makes for a faster response time (usually around 20 mins) and it is easier to get the point across via a ticket system with detailed advice and screenshots. “Reliable business website hosting ”

I transferred to Heart about 6 years back and have throughout that time come to know that what ever the hosting requirements my clients need Heart has the resource to help. Their reseller program suits my business perfectly as it allows me to be able to offer my clients a simple to use client site control panel that requires no technical skills at all and is extremely intuitive. “Needs better Explanation”

Hello I signed up for McAfee Secure PCI was told that my home pro server was not the one .Changed to VPS then tried to get McAFee Secure and PCI lot or Vulnerabilities coming up. spoke to a agent said that I would give him admin rights that went OK. Then was told that I would need to pay Heart to get my site fixed not managed. Then I was told I f I wanted a site to Achieve my goals. I would need to spend another £350.00 + Vat to get this. “Simple Fast Effective”

Solid servers, solid support. When there is an issue they are fast to fix. Even if the problem is not theirs, they investigate and come back with helpful ideas, tips and tricks. The actual servers themselves are solid and can take a real pounding. I have a site on a shared server that gets around 80,000 visits a month and there isn't a glitch or performance issue. I switched to Heart Internet recently as my #1 source for Domain names as I had domains with multiple suppliers. Some of the suppliers were going out of business so I wanted to consolidate with a provider that are going to be around for some time. The customer service response times and quality of answers has been just what I needed. Heart Internet have been fantastic. I took over my late Father's business which included all his clients websites being on Heart. I've been with them over 3 years now and I have to say, the speed of response, the un-patonising help, the up-time, the information they supply, the ongoing improvements they make, are all excellent and not to be faulted. I had problems with my business email in that I could receive but not send mail. I contacted Heart through their support system and very quickly received confirmation that someone was on the case. Because of my very limited computer knowledge he had to send instructions on numerous occassions and in the simplest of terms before we were able to clear the fault. “Best Reseller Hosting Out There”

Im a web designer with 83 clients that i host sites for and i must say that heart have been great i pay £50 a month and have unlimited everything on 83 package this pays for its self 10 times over and the service is pretty much faultless, Their is no phone support but providing your competent enough to explain the issue well i have sound my support tickets to be answered well and quickly and when faults have occurred they have always been fixed where possible, I moved from FastHost to heart… Read Full Review
