I had the same problem with my Phone, and i don't know how to deal with it, please if you have got any updates, just inform me.
Also, i need to know if i can upgrade the software for my phone and how to install games, is there any problems to use GPRS with any other operator not Vodafone?!

Overall the Sumsung F700 is a good phone and I would say better than the iphone in many ways. Touch screen, good quality camera QUERTY keyboard good make and nice design.

I have just taken back my Sony Ericcson W910i because it just would not work properly, I.E, speakers on their way out, speaker phone broke all10 issues with it. Best phone I have seen in a long time even though I have a N95 it knock spots of it and not to mention the iPhone no competition towards the F700 - well done Samsung!

Takes a bit of getting used to the Samsung F700 with the menu system, after that it is great. Hopefully little issues like occasional IQ problems can/will get rectified in a firmware update.
