I have used them for 2 years and never claimed once. But what I will say is don't renewal with them, go as a new customer.
I got a renewal last week with NO claims discount for recovery plus it was 90.30 the exact same policy as new customer was 72.45, same car same driver exact the same. If y ...

Joined 5 weeks ago, still waiting for membership card and documentation,emails are ignored, finally one reply promised to send the card asap, that was 12 days ago, still waiting. Will not be recommending it to anyone, I am writing ti their CEO.

Excellent service from the glasgow office. I spoke to a young chap who was very polite and couldnt have been any more helpful. I'm an 80 year old disabled man who is patially deaf and they were extremely helpful. I will definetly be renewing my breakdown cover with Green Flag.

Have had four years of claimless membership, but what riles me about Green Flag's premiums (and not just theirs everyone seems to try it on) is that every year the renewal premium increases by 10-20%, and every year we simply take out a new policy with them online at pretty much the previous price. ...
