Was overcharged £40 and when we called to enquire there was no one able to explain it to us and we got the usual evasive, difficult, obnoxious, ignorant call centre staff that you would expect with a budget company.
They were at the time of booking though by far the cheapest around, but my advice would be to pay the extra 10% for a more reputable company because this lot could really ruin your summer if you had serious problems.

under no doubt, you should never book with this tour operator. we were left stranded in egypt for 5 days with no help at all. we booked everything with them as a complete deal on the internet.there did not try and sort us a safe passage home. had to camp out in airport to get flight home by dealing with airport staff for jet2. not a firm to be trusted… Read Full Review

Booked and paid for three single rooms in Gran Canaria, got to the hotel and they had put the three of us into the one room. No joy, from customer services, sort it out yourselves at the resort was the only advice they could give. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!… Read Full Review

booked a holiday through hays travel i was undecided between turkey /zante we wanted s/c ,the travel agent said most of zante was s/c and better then turkey so i said can u gaurantee us s/c she said yes so i boooked it when we got there it was room only i complained to the rep but we couldnt be moved and there were 4 more couples with the same problem as us very , wrote a letter to hays when we got home said the travel agent wouldnt of said that, THEY DID WISH I HAD OF BOOKED TURKEY… Read Full Review

I booked a holiday with Hays travel (UK) and they issued documentation with the wrong dates. When I noticed their error they admitted fault. As a result I had to cancel my long awaited holiday but they did not would not refund me so I was unable to cancel. I could not go on the holiday due to their error and they are still not willing to pay me back. I want to expose them as much as possible. Any ideas??

Would stay million miles away from this agency. Suffered so much grief and agony before i even went on my holiday and the holiday itself was inferior. the customer services were shoddy and rude individuals who do not believe that the customer is always right.
