“Flight Costs 20% Discount SUCKS”

I had a email with the special offer 20% discount which was from 5th - 7th April 2013 i checked the price yesterday (5th) which the prices where so so, checked today (6th) only to find... yes they still have 20% off but the have raised the price, i dont understand how they can give a special offer and and increase the price over night, WHY whats changed has the price of fuel rised over night... “Avoid!”

I have had nothing but trouble with this company! “Rude personnel, awefull experience ”

First of all I was asked to pay 13£ to print a ticket (one sheet of paper) I have asked the team member whether there is a possibility to do it somewhere and she lied to me that there isn't , I could have printed it for 1£ like 20meters from the check in, staff members very rude!!!!!… Read Full Review

“Terrible On-line booking and customer service”

On-line booking was not working properly.. I tried to buy a ticket for myself and my son, I couldn't enter my name in the top field (the field was greyed) so I wrote my name in the bottom field. I had as well problem to use my maestro card to pay about 10 Euro less.. few days ago the same card was working fine.. finally I paid by Visa but I forgot to enter/change my son's name. WizzAir flight Luton-Budapest-Luton (using the XXL seating option with priority boarding and large cabin bag) I've recently flew with WizzAir and I'm very impressed, the flight was early into Budapest and only late into London Luton airport because of snowfall but the pilot informed us just so we knew we'd be holding for a while in the air. “Intimidated, upset angry humiliated and nothing I...”

Luton staff were helpfull upon our check in for a flight to Prague on Fri 14th Dec they printed our boarding pass.... I was traveling with a friend for her 40th Birthday celebration. I took my one item of hand luggage no problem. Upon our return we got to the airport before check in time and it's just as well. “Good for being low cost”

For being a low cost airline Wizz is good. Don't expect the same service as for an airline where tickets cost 5 times more. Yes, you have to pay for all extra, perfect for me as I am only traveling light. Best is that they try to make people use smaller carry on. It is so annoying with people running up and down the aisle trying to fit their over sized hand luggage. I strongly recommend you avoid this airline. There are low cost airlines and then there's WizzAir. I understand you get what you pay for but what happens when you don't get what you paid for? I booked a flight, paid, received the onsceen confirmation but then WizzAir deny the booking ever took place. They charged me for it, confirmed by CC company but then insisted I rebook at far greater cost. The customer service line is comically bad and at 77p per minute is outrageous. “Compeansation cheat”

My suitcase has been destroyed -beyond any repair . That was mid August and until now I am still emaling them. They are very good in ignoring-the best quality. Offered amount that is 40% less then originally Samsonite. I provided them with all documents requested but still haven't got any compesation at all. I send few email before getting respond. I admit upon further investigation, that because I booked before 4th October 2012, I can take a large cabin bag with me free of charge. That is just pure luck, I feel sorry for people who booked after this date.

Still banning Wizzair!

Where should I start? I've been travelling with wizzair for the last 7.5 years and I can't believe the way it's changed from trip to trip. Web site - a disaster and I'm sure everyone have noticed £28 charge on the right site before you even choose the day of your flight. It's quite off putting!!!! And to load all of the charges and fees takes forever. Even my computer is giving up... What else we will be charge for next? Wizz air like Ryan air are sometimes cheaper than other options, but do take care, by the time you've added the extras they might not be. Then again when things go wrong Wizz Air won't help you and then your small saving can end up a big expense. My flight to Barcelona was delayed four hours partly because the plane, which was pretty old to be fair, had some sort of fault. “Hidden Fees, Terrible Service, Zero Compassion”

I am extremely disappointed with the operations and services of this airline. There is a fee for every form of payment except a Wizz card, there is a fee for airport check-in, a fee for text message updates, a pay-per-minute fee to call customer support, there is a fee for anything that can be imagined. “denied to enter aircraft”

printed boarding passes, for what ever reason had initial instead of first name. Boarding was denied. WWW of wizz air generated this? What is more annoying is that they could not care less. I am sure that they could have checked the booking 3sec and they could verify that I have entered full names. But people from Wizz air have different understanding of low cost flights. Hi. I experienced the same problem today... I checked in by mistake only with my initial as my first name, and they didn't want to accept my ticket as it is. No new check in, change of ticket etc was possible, the only option was to pay the full amount for the new ticket which, having to be bought 1 h before the flight, was enormously expensive. Neither the Wizz air call center, nor the info desk wanted to cooperate.
It is clear - I will never travel with them any more, but I wonder if you have done something about this? Is it possible to complain, ask for your money back?

i was travelling from london to budapest by wizzair but forgot to print my boarding card in budapest. the wizzair staff printed out for free of charge at budapest airport. arriving to budapest was 10 minutes earlier returning to london luton just in time maybe 1-2 minutes earlier. staff is friendly, price is much cheaper than ryanair. and the best is you can take 35kg with you… Read Full Review
