Called to get renewal quote. I was told it was a wrong number and they gave me another one that wasn't toll free. After 20 minutes on hold I gave up- if that what it takes to buy a service from them I don't want to know how they respond to claims.

All I can say is be wary of their small print and ensure you get all the basic information from the staff. Most of all - this policy seems to be using price comparison websites to their disadvantage and not for your benefit. Prices escalated when I spoke to an actual advisor and as I said - complete ...
