Four months later after an accident that wasn't my fault as I was parked up, and I still haven't had a pay out or any idea what's going on. Diamond Car Insurance themselves are polite and try to be helpful even though they have no idea what they're doing. The worst part of this claim is the other ...

I was insured with Diamond Car Insurance for 7 years and I paid their escalating premiums every year thinking it was worth it to be insured with a reputable company! I had one claim worth approx £500 in the 7 years until my car was written off through no fault of my own. By the time they'd ha ...

We took out a 10 month policy for the price of a 12 month one to accellerate our no claims bonus as this was our first car in years. 5 months later our petrol tank was holed on the motorway,so we rang diamond to enquire whether it was worth claiming and were informed the excess would be £360 ...

Diamond Car Insurance had really poor customer service when I needed to make a claim. My car was sent to an approved repairer that estimated it would take three days to repair it, but kept the car for more than six weeks and refused to provide any updates on why it was taking so long - then when th ...

I had my insurance with Diamond for about 3 years and renewed it ever year when they sent the renewal through, no problems. However, this year they decided not to send me a renewal, just a letter stating they were sorry I was leaving them and that my policy was cancelled! I did not cancel the policy ...

Our car was written off by a dustbin lorry whilst me and the wife were asleep in our bed, so could we be any less at fault? However, nearly 4 months down the line we are still battling to get any kind of information from Diamond. Exasperated I sent an email complaining about the service 2 weeks ag ...
