I will never get insurance with Diamond again, they are an absolute waste of time and money to say the least. I had fully comp insurance and got stung big time by the excess when I had to make a claim for something that wasn't my fault.

1 year on still no further in recieving expenses after some one crashed into my parked car. driver came to my door and gave me her insurance details. Sounded simple but total nightmare with Diamond Car Insurance.

Where do I start???
