    Be aware that named drivers with Direct Line do not get the same level of no claims bonus as the policyholder does. They say that 'The named driver no claim discounts may be lower than the no claim discounts available to you as the policyholder'. But that's not the case as the named-driver no claim ...

    Been with Direct Line 6 years and following a recent renewal quote of £645 comprehensive cover I shopped around and got the same cover from Shealers Wheels for £230 so how do DL justify their quote?

    direct line car insurance do not do anything to help customers. When you phone up the staff have not been trained properly as they often do not know what to do and often spend their time arguing with customers rather than dealing with the situation in a professional manner.     Very poor after-sales service when customer is totally dissatisfied and wants to cancel.
