35 minutes on hold just trying to accept a Admiral Car Insurance quote through Compare the market!!! The only person I can get hold of is Elton John who sings the hold music!!! If they are this before I get insured what will the service be like once they have my money!?

Took out cover with admiral in July, someone hit the back of my car couple weeks later so put in a claim on 2nd august. Up until now my car has not even been for repairs. Never had a real problem with Admiral Car Insurance. Ultra competitive. Long queues at times getting through to sales & customers services, but always polite when you do. The 0870 & 0844 phone charges can be negated by searching websites for standard numbers. When I've had to claim whether fault or ...

Been v good were competitive (with 5 yrs) 2009 quote not good third higher( if was only 30 i wouldn't change) will give opportunity to reduce if not will definitely change.

Multicar policy good value for money, however when making a claim for stolen car four months later I'm still being given run around. Admiral Car Insurance waiting for correspondence from me that has already been sent numerous times in numerous formats.
