This company should be reported to BBC's Watch Dog programme. They lie, cheat and steal. Took money from my account without permission - even after cancelled beforehand. Never listened to my complaints. When I threatened to tell the FSA, girl on the phone just laughed and I could hear her boss laugh ...

Good initial quote, promised to call back at renewal, failed to do so. Rang the call centre quotes same price of £665 on a Citroen with young driver but then when I requested a Direct Debit was quoted £990. Disappointed so declined.
This is getting like Ryanair and all the hidden extras! ...

I reckon Admiral PLC is the next big scandal to hit the news. AS someone below has stated, they are total rip-off merchants. Stay away.

Admiral is a total disgrace. Still chasing my claim after nearly 6 months. Claims dept. did nothing but sit on my file. The account people always pretending to help out but you just get bounced from one to another.

35 minutes on hold just trying to accept a Admiral Car Insurance quote through Compare the market!!! The only person I can get hold of is Elton John who sings the hold music!!! If they are this before I get insured what will the service be like once they have my money!?
