    I had saved up hard to buy my son a birthday present. Unfortunately, he has had to forego the gift because (yes you've guessed it!)these animals stole money from my account without my permission. I'm still gob-smacked and shocked that these people can get away with it.

    Avoid at all costs! After a no fault accident on M6 our car was written off - Admiral did not provide any assistance at the scene and couldn't arrange a hire car; we had to do everything ourselves.     have 2 cars on an Admiral multi car policy. Was told that they would get me'great price'' if I put my sons car on when it is due if I move to them..therefore would have 3 cars on the policy. Just been quoted far higher adding it to the multi car than the renewal with existing insurer ( Quinn ) .. ...

    to previous reviewer - glad you got it sorted. however, looks like you had to spoon feed them with every bit of info. any situation where they have to do a bit of work themselves and they are a disaster. i was even told to phone the TP insurers themselves to sort a problem -yes, me the customer.     I was hit by an idito pulling out of a car park, I got details from an independent witness, took photos, got him to sign a statement accepting full liability, called the police to verify his insurance details, requested their attendance to the scene - turns out he was twice over the legal limit.
