    Smaller PC World stores seem slightly better.
    Try to get an older assistant as they were taught manners by their parents.

    I have a PC with a 5 year warranty from PC World. I feel as though this is a total waste of money.     I recommend PC World Lakeside I brought a TV and Laptop and i am very happy with price product and service.

    Very friendly staff, great knowledge i was seen almost straight away i will always shop at PC World Lakeside.

    The Lakeside store was very poor with customer relation. A laptop was under warrently and I had their support package but a young lady started talking about charges, so I reminded her that it was under warranty and any repairs were free.
