Most of the rides at Alton Towers have 4 seats on each carriage (row) so thats Ideal for families of 4, also the rides are 10 x better than Blackpool in my opinion. Overall it is a fun day out.

Everything was perfect except the price for drinks. The Oblivion was my favorite ride. I would recommend it 10/10 100% Perfect!!

Alton Towers I would recommend to families with older children aged somewhere between 10 - 16 if they are the right height but the rides are suitable for those types of ages. Overall great day out with my best 4 rides being: Nemesis, AIR, Rita and Oblivion. Legendary rides.

Really friendly staff and very helpful ! Good value for money especially when using 2 for 1 tokens with walkers crisps! Very clean with exception of toilets. I had a lovely day and was very impressed. Bad points, toilets dirty and having to pay for carpark

I came away feeling that the whole aim of the park is to extract as much cash from us as possible with minimum effort to make it a memorable day.
Many rides look tired with minimal theming, majority of staff not customer focused (although all polite).
Bigger ride photo's only have picture of two rid ...

Rides were very good but the queues can be too long so try to go off peak season. I thought KFC was unclean.

Got 75 % discount on tickets but with parking still cost us £50.
I think this place needs someone to grab it by the scruff of the neck and sort it out.
When you arrive, I couldn't see any indication of how far the walk from the car park is and if its better to get the monorail - it's easier ...
