Alton Towers is the best day out I've had. There is so much to do, and the rides are amazing. From the thrill rides like Submission, to the adrenalin busters like Oblivion. The food is excellent as well, with a variety of different fast food companies, and also excellent eating facilities. The best ...

If it wasn't for Alton Tower's overall lack of care for safety, then this could be a good day out. There is lots to do and they have some great rides. Do be careful if you feel crammed uncomfortably into a ride that you insist on getting out, even if you are told that you can't, because if you are i ...

Alton Towers is a great day out for all the family! It's great value for money, but youngsters can't go on the big rides.

I love Alton Towers! The big rides like Nemesis, Rita, Oblivion and obviously the amazing Air are sure fire winners for any adrenaline junkies, and I really like Hex, which plays with your mind and stomach by making you think you are going upside down when you are actually just swinging very slightl ...

I love it, so get to Alton towers and get on the rides, as nothing compares to the rides there.

Alton towers is absolutely brilliant. I love all the scary rides like Rita and Nemesis, and they also has suitable rides for young children. If you are scared of rides then go on the right, because tha ...

Alton Towers is predominately aimed at the teenager/adult market, and this park is a great place to visit for a fun packed day out.

A top tip is to get there as early as possible, and then if you can stomach it ride Oblivion first whilst it is quiet, because by the late morning the queues for thi ...

Overall, Alton Towers is a fantastic day out, with lots to do to keep all ages occupied, including Big Kids! The rides like Nemesis, Oblivion, Air, Rita, and Queen of speed are fantastic, and well worth the average 45 minute queuing times.

You can also have some equal fun on the classics such as ...

I love Alton Towers!!! When I went to Alton Towers I went on Spinball Whizzer first and it was brilliant, it's not scary, not too long and I just think it's fun. Then I had to try Duel and it was fantastic, it was wicked and I love it how it was really dark. I then went on the famous Nemesis and it ...

After going to Alton Towers nearly every week, and working there for 6 months, I have a pretty good understanding of Alton Towers. Going back to an earlier statement where someone said us locals call it 'The Towers' I would just like to correct them in saying we actually call it 'Towers' (example. S ...
