I agree with a number of the comments raised in other reviews about Anglian Windows. I have had communications ignored, but have still been threatened with a voided guarantee and interest on the balance owed, when I still await a satisfactory outcome to my work. They should have refunded my deposit ...

I have just had 6 doors, 2 French doors and a lot of windows replaced. I wish I could turn back the clock, because Anglian Windows won't come back and repair their poor workmanship. I will be taking the matter further. The customer service is really bad i.e. we will sort it out (not) call you back ...

They quoted a price for my driveway and took a 25% deposit. They said that installation would begin within 4 - 6 weeks. At the end of the 6th week I called Anglian Windows to find out what was happening, only to be told that my job had been cancelled (5 days after taking the deposit) as the estima ...

Agreed sale January 2006 on finance, to be installed at Easter. In February 2006 I was made redundant and could not cancel the contract. I was advised I could claim as I had protection, but I had not paid anything as nothing was installed. Nobody knew how to advise me, so I left it and said "when I ...

I have spent £5000 with Anglian Windows who undertook to fit windows and French doors in 2 flats. The order was placed in June 2006 and in May 2007 I am still waiting for the job to be completed. On one apartment they caused damage to the ceiling and curtain fittings. On the second apartment t ...

When the windows were first installed the finish was a disaster, most of the edges on the frames were rough, sealant was everywhere and plasterwork remained unfinished. After this we complained to Customer services - they sent out a manager who agreed that the work was not up to standard, he also ad ...

We knew that Anglian is a hard-selling company, however we already have several of our windows in our house place by the previous owner and they are absolutely excellent. We explained the sales rep that we wanted to have a quote and cut the nonsense. So we only had a bit of a show where we started w ...

The person who did our quote from Anglian Windows was very good. We did not want pushy salesmen, we were paying cash and wanted a quote. Best one wins!! All together we had four from different companies. Anglian was in the running until the fourth company came along, they were £4,000 cheape ...
