Written on: 09/09/2007 by maria29 (1 review written)

My advice to anyone ordering from Vista Print is to be very careful about what details you give them or you too may end up with £9.95 being debited from your card every month and will then find it difficult to stop it, even my bank is having problems blocking it… Read Full Review

“I have exactly the same problem as J3cc with...”

Written on: 18/08/2007 by Jondandy (1 review written)

I have exactly the same problem as J3cc with unauthorised debits from my account...I called Vistaprint on June 15th 2007 and spoke to customer service agent whom categorically assured me that the "full" amounts they took would be refunded to my account and that there would be no further necessity to contact my credit company.......Yet now my account showed another deduction of £9.95 on June 22nd! They started this in February of this year and I am now down to the tune of almost £50.00.
I… Read Full Review

Maria29's Response to Jondandy's Review

Written on: 09/09/2007

In reply to JONDANDY I am currently having the same problem and my bank have also been unable to cancel the £9.95 transactions because vprewards are charging straight from my debit card. None of my emails to VPREWARDS have been replied to and I can not get into my account on their website because I never set one up. I can't believe they can get away with this and I am also thinking of contacting trading standards.

Written on: 13/06/2007 by j3cc (1 review written)

My vistaprint online purchase was fine, however watch out for your bank balance afterwards.

Vistaprint appears to have signed me up to their affiliated 'rewards clubs' for £10 deduction per month. I did not notice until four deductions from my bank account had been made.

It seems that if you do not send some kind of unprompted rejection, you get signed up and your bank account details are passed to these rewards companies who after a 'trial' period start charging per month. You do not… Read Full Review

I informed my credit card Saga that this is theft and must cease immediately and they say they have taken action...What do I find today? Another debit in favour of VPRewards on my July statement for £9.95 !!! This is so annoying.. I'm wondering if trading standards can do anything...It's a pity because I like the product but I don't trust them anymore....Pass the word about these thieves my email is galloconnect@hotmail.com

Written on: 23/02/2007 by AndreaG (242 reviews written)

I have used Vistaprint on many occasions, and so far all of my orders have arrived within the time scale, and they have been of excellent quality.

On all of my orders so far, I have only had to pay the postage, of which you have a choice on how much you pay ie: the lowest price states that your order will be delivered within 21 days, then the next price up is 14 days etc.

I will use Vistaprint again, and I have recommended them to a lot of my friends… Read Full Review

What happens if you order, they take the money from your card and then you dont get the goods. How difficult is it to get in contact with them.

Also they were supposed to be sending me samples but they never arrived. I Requested them again, but still they never arrived.

You also have to very carefully watch the prices on their website. For example a couple of weeks ago small magnets were 7.00 now 14.99 and at other times another price.

AA couple of weeks ago 250 postcards were 25.00 now… Read Full Review

Helen Of Troy's Response to jimbodimbo's Review

Written on: 12/02/2007

I have ordered magnets, calenders, ecards, business cards, Christmas cards, greetings cards, note pads and loads of other stuff from Vistaprint, all at rock bottom prices (like Free!), just paying a few quid for postage. I choose the cheapest/slowest rate on that too! Never have I had any problems! Goods have never failed to arrive, and all have been of excellent quality. I receive regular emails from them telling me what is on offer, and much of that is free. I am waiting for a personalised desk calender on which I have uploaded my own photos, all free. I have paid only 3.65 postage, and that is all! Today I will be ordering headed writing paper.

<br/>I am a very regular buyer and user of Vistaprint products, and I know of several others who also use them, and they have had no problems.

“I have ordered and received many items from Vistaprint...”

Written on: 05/09/2006 by Helen of Troy (188 reviews written)

I have ordered and received many items from Vistaprint and have been extremely pleased. With some of the stuff, business cards included, all you pay for is postage and that is not an excessive rip off. eCards are completely free to send. And yes, they do send, no problems for recipient either. What more could you ask for?!!… Read Full Review
