“My order never arrived.”

I placed an order, received an email that my order has shipped, order never came. When I contacted Vista Print they said that UPS must have lost the order, but UPS said they never had the order. Vista Prints solution-"maybe you would have better luck ordering from a local print store". WOW terrible way to conduct a business. Never again will I order from them. My business will be impacted by their poor service. So disappointed.

“Excellent Service!”

We had ordered our wedding invitations off visit print, only to find out we wouldn't be able to have the wedding on the date we had originally picked. The invitations turned out amazing the quality was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I had reached out to the company because I was so heart broken that we had these amazing invitations and couldn't use them. Visit print being the amazing company they are offered a refund on something that wasn't even wrong on their behalf. We greatly appreciate it and will be back for future business.

“Charged £75 for no service!”

I used vista print for a web site, went either as they are a big company, despite being more expensive than others. My web site was suspended by them as I forgot to change my bank card ( my fault ) after a couple of months, when I realised, I amended the details and was rewarded by having 3 payments taken out in one week. I rang them to ask for a refund as I had been charged for 2 months and not received anything. This was refused and for a small business that is quite a big deal. Have now cancelled and won't use them again.

“Poor Customer Service”

Vistaprint had a great offer but my order has not arrived after 15 days. It is 3 days past the last estimated arrival date. I went to their website to track the arrival of my order and the website says there is no information on when my order will arrive. I've called the customer service line and was told the wait would be 2 mins but am still waiting after 10 mins .... Time to write a review.

“Beware of the Vista Print Design Logo Service...a...”

I am currently desperately trying to sort out my company logo. I paid for vistaprints logo service, which gives you 3 revisions. After my 1st revision they have lost the second insturctions for revision emailed back. After 2 hours on the phone today I was assured a call back by the end of the day, only to later be told the design team would ring tomorrow. Each revision takes 2 days, and I haven't even had the call back to take instructions. Incredibly poor communication and frustrating delays. Designs sent also do not match instructions sent and are poor quality. Very poor service.

“wankstain”

I recently ordered business cards for my client that I created and they were great I could not wait to see them printed and decided to use their site as they would turn out professional. Both myself and my client were not happy with the order and so I would expect and appreciate if they could resend the order to a professional standard or refund me the full amount I paid for business cards that are not even cut straight you would think they had employed a blind person and email address is cut off is just not acceptable. They have yet to reply. DONT USE VISTA PRINT

“Poor Quality "thats why they are cheap"”

I have used Vista Print in the past, when I re- ordered business cards then they where all misprinted but thought I would give them another chance! I received new business cards very cheap looking, could have done better myself on PC! Will be embarrassed to hand these out.

“Do not use them!”

I ordered 3 photobooks with photocovers. The books arrived with lots of blank pages and a blank cover. I emailed vistaprint, they apologised and sent me a website credit to try again. I tried again, thinking it was a one-of mistake. The photobooks arrived, again with blank pages and a blank cover. I emailed them, and again they wanted to give me a website credit. I told them I wanted a refund as I did not want to waste my time on a third occasion. Vistaprint emailed back " Meanwhile, to guarantee your satisfaction and with regard to your refund request, I kindly inform you that you will shortly receive an automated email containing a Web Form link." I never got this email. I kept emailing vistaprint, and finally I got this response from Vistaprint: "Would you please send the following details to this email address, so that we will process a manual refund to your bank account for the cost of the photobook: Claims-IBAN number -Swift code/BIC -Bank account number -Billing address -Bank Name -Customer Email" I sent my details as requested and heard nothing. I emailed both customer service and claims, and never received a confirmation that my bank information was received or if they would process the refund. I finally emailed to inform Vistaprint I would be giving them poor reviews wherever I could. I am £45 out of pocket and have wasted way too much time chasing them up.

“First Rate Service. ”

I have just received my business cards and postcards. Absolutely delighted with the quality and the customer service was second to none! I had to call for help 3 times because I was choosing to do something that was out of my comfort zone and spoke to a different person each time and each time I was treated politely and not made to feel bad about not being able to carry out the task myself. They carried out my requests in a very respectful and efficient manner. I can not praise the service enough and would highly recommend vistaprint to everyone. My only slight quibble is that the postage is quite high, not sure if this is down to the courier they use or if the pricing is of vistaprint's own making, either way it is a bit on the high side but all the same I would still use them again.

“Personal checks ordered June 8, 2015.No more orders...”

I ordered personal checks on June 8, 2015. I paid by personal check I was told that they would have to wait until the personal check was processed at my bank, the check cleared by bank on June 15 so I was informed when I called on June 18tth that my checks would take another eight days before they could send my checks. According to the order detailed order report it stated my date of arrival would be the 18th of June, this is the 18th Of June and they said it would be another eight days. I will never use VistaPrint again.

“Good Quality Products - Abysmal Customer Care.”

• CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHAMBOLICK - UNORGANSIED - NOT DEDICATED UTTERLY AWFULL & DISGRACEFULL While Vistaprint produce good quality of products there customer care is SHOCKING! - They seam to have a habit of not completing a task properly, they also like to keep you waiting and thus delaying business progress… there employers seam to all be not births which thus makes it hard as they are not able to fully comprehend what the customer fully desires from their product and thus you end up being past on from pillar to post. I also found my self repeating myself many times which got tiering… My business has not moved forward because and I blame vista print heavily! I like vista print as they are affordable however there needs to be a huge improvement on customer service!! Extremely unsatisfied

“Good But Not As Good As They Once Were.”

My latest order of glossy postcards arrived pretty quickly the other day and I was extremely pleased with the the look and quality of them. I think vistaprint are good but since they started advertising on TV they are not as good as they used to be! No more freebies , apart from a free card holder with business cards ordered! No more free T-shirts, pens, small banners etc! I used to order as much as possible of them but now only order items I really need and nothing more! The shopping experience is no longer 5 star but its still the best that's out there for now! I know TV advertising is expensive but vistaprint have now made cut backs on what they offer to customers and they have now made the shopping experience ordinary and boring! Bring back the old vistaprint we all loved and got excited about!

Ordered cheap business cards from them. Low price, fast delivery... Got what I paid for :) Never tried their luxury products. Print quality on the cheap cards seemed a little "off" to me, so I am hesitant.

“Never had any problems”

I use Vistaprint for my beauty business and have done for many years, I have never had any problems. Everything I order comes as it looks on there site, when I have designed it and within the delivery time. I also use their website builder inwhich I get alot of good comments about also I have managed to get myself on first page of google even to the top I still am, this is thanks to paying a little extra for SEO also regular updating. It is very easy to use. I have ordered large posters, business cards, brochures and promotional cards. I also did a personal order which was a photo book which came exactly how I designed it. If you are a small business starting up or even building a bigger customer base I would recommend using the vistaprint website pay for the extras as it helps alot. I pay £20.42 a month which is better than 1000's which other companies charge. You can upload pictures from their site and use your on with your own logo if you have one inwhich you can then very easily use them on cards etc. Also you can link any work you have done on to facebook and twitter which saves alot of time. Time is definatly something you don't get when you have a business until years later. I didn't know much about computers and websites before I used it but I just played about with it and got use to it quickly. If your a hairdresser, beautician, cake maker florist etc give it ago if you don't have alot of money, ideal for trades men too. Good luck

“hidden costs”

i remember everyone going on about vista print years ago and their free business cards, which looked beautiful. i decided to try it out for myself and was greatly decieved. Customer service was excellent but it was impossible to find the free business cards without speaking to them over the phone, there were extras that didn't say anything about costing money so i was decieved and created a backside to the businesscard which turned out to cost another four pounds extra to make without me knowing, there were more and more costs (vat, shipping etc) that built up so that an order of 4.99 turned out to be over 14 pounds! I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks to the lady i spoke to over the phone for being proffessional and giving good service, i am truly sorry to let you down.

“Very misleading on prices”

Quality is good but they are very misleading on price. They advertise their photo calendars as being from £1.99 but I ended up paying over £53 for two wall calendars & two desk calendars. They add a lot of things on - colour printing, glossy paper, excessive shipping costs, VAT etc - & you only find out what you are going to pay once you've spent ages uploading & arranging the photos. I didn't have time to start over on a different site so had to pay it. I won't use them again for this reason. An actual, honest price before you spend lots of time on it would be helpful.

“Poor dishonest service!”

Their so called "free" business cards ended up costing me £14! I ordered anyway seeing as I'd spent SO MUCH TIME going through all their stages of their confusing intrusive website, WHICH BOMBARDS YOU WITH ADVERTISING! They take you though what feels like 50 pages of products you don't want (which you can't skip) before you can finally get to paying for what you actually do want, and then they add on the VAT at the last minute just as the final kick to the guts. So far we have BAD website, EXPENSIVE postage and undeclared VAT FEE! Next? Only that the bloody business cards don't arrive when they're supposed to! I order 3 weeks before my event. The website SAID they would reach me in 2 weeks. When did they arrive? 2 MONTHS AFTER I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THEM!! 5 WEEKS AFTER MY EVENT WAS OVER! I DON'T EVEN NEED THEM ANYMORE!! I am absolutely revolted by their shameful dishonest BAD service. I shall NEVER be using them again and would certainly discourage anyone who was thinking of using them.
