My website has been down all day with no response from support. Only able to email them, no phone or chat service. Will be moving my domains to another provider.

I have been trying to contact the company for over a week to pay for my renewal but after 8 emails over that period and no response i think i will have to go else where. Poor communication and customer service!

Moved my domains and website away. No answer when you try to call. No answer to my e-mails. No urgency at all. Stay well clear - gone downhill terribly. If anyone is looking to jump ship, try JustHostMe, I have moved to them and their customer service responds in minutes - not weeks, like Domain Monster. Glad I've moved away.

My emails have no been working for over a week, I am getting them on a sporadic basis if at all. I have tried to call domainmonster numerous times but they never answer you just sit waiting "for one of our friendly advisors to help", well they never do and they never answer. I have sent three emails and had no response. There is no customer service, there is no information on the website as to what the issue is and I know others are having similar problems. I use the email account for work and it is very, very frustrating that it doesn't work, I can't find out why it doesn't work and there is no information from the company. Stay away, do not use domainmonster.

I have now been waiting for 90 minutes listening to "please stay on the line, we will be with you soon"!. I am writing this because their mail forwarding service is now very unreliable and messages to me are either getting rejected by the systems: People sending messages to me get: "This is the mail system at host mesh-mailserver3.hi.local" " I am sorry to inform you etc" ...and then "delivery temporarily suspended to 127.0.0.1:10024: Connection refused". I rang them last week and was told that they had been hacked! I have now emailed them (guaranteed response with 4 business hours) to no avail. What do they think they are doing? I'm sorry for having to write this as I have used them for years. I am still waiting for my call to be answered!

since being bought by 123 reg, no one picks up the phone, no one responds to email, NO ONE responds at all. I have had issues with my email via the domain. A complete shitshow. don't use these guys.

Had a couple of domains for a while, no issue. Recently bits of the portal don't work, the support phone number ceased (you can still ring 'em on the "sales" number). A recent transfer-in didn't work and took best part of a week to sort. So looks like they're being run down, are under-staffed, or just not interested. Odd thing is, no option to transfer out to their new parent company.

I have been with this company for @6 years. Their service used to be fantastic, UK-based. Since they have been bought over they are complately useless, overseas calls centres who do not answer their phones.

We have used Domainmonster's domain registration and DNS services for around 10 years and everything has always been top-notch. Their DNS services are quicker and easier to use than other registrars. Applying 2048-bit DKIM TXT records is a breeze - there's no fiddling around with concatenated strings when using this companys web interface. Also, when you need it the support is there and the staff are very tactful and patient. Thank you Domainmonster for making domain management a breeze.

contacted support several times because I get an error trying to add or delete any domains into my hosting package. They tell me the engineers are trying to fix it but this has been going on for more than a week now. Very poor. If not resolved soon I will be moving my hosting elsewhere.

It's been over a month since purchasing a simple domain name, thing is after a month it's still pending rendering it useless. Tried contacting this company many times and have had not one single piece of correspondence. They were quick enough to debit my account but pathetic when it comes to customer service skills. Avoid like the plague and go with a more established trust worthy customer focused registrar like go daddy or something anything but this company. Beware they will send you spam and share your email address with third parties for fun and they love auto renew your products and debit your account then send you a notification days after they take your money lol. Why are they allowed to trade still. I have there address might have to pay them a face to face visit!

The email service has ground to a complete standstill now after over a week of sporadic failure. This has happened before though not as badly. There is no information on their website about the situation and no-one answers the phone when things go bad. On the plus side when things are working the support team have been very helpful.

A multiple day email failure - and not the first....but this is the longest. I've had no reliable email service for two weeks. I've sporadically had a few emails, but I understand people are receiving failure messages when they write to me Now it's the Christmas holidays, and they've given up - I wonder if they are still in business. We are changing service provider as soon as we get back to work. I don't think they will have many customers left.......

After having been a customer for several years their service has suddenly plummeted. In November a mailbox developed a fault whereby it reported as full with only a handful of emails. I emailed customer support who were initially helpful and responsive. I tried everything they suggested (including having the mailbox deleted and creating a new one) to no avail. It was passed to their tech support. I was then left with a crippled email box for nearly two weeks (I was incorrectly told it was fixed twice within that period). After eventually getting that fixed I now find out that my mail to my DomainMonster hosted address has been bouncing for days. I contacted them by phone on the 24th December (they were, of course, closed. No customer support lines at all for three days then reduced hours). I have been emailing them daily for four days now (from a google mail account) but have received no reply. Today I find that I can no longer log in with the password that I changed on the 24th of December. I've tried the "forgotten password link" but do not receive the email as indicated. Unable to contact them via phone due to the reduced hours I am left completely cut off from my main email with no resolution to the issue. I've even set up my own server but since I can't log in I can't update the relevant DNS records. It seems that they are having more technical issues recently, but more worryingly they seem woefully underequipped to deal with them.

these people send out spam emails to fool customers into paying $60 to renew domains but for search engines, something you can do for free.

This sounds very much like spam you receive with registering any domain. People purchase new whois lists and spam them to try and fool people. I haven't received anything like this from domainmonster.

I've been very satisfied with the timeliness and overall efforts I've received in every situation that I've dealt with Domainmonster. Excellent, fast follow-up and always there to help. Having had CS under my wing as head of marketing for a major CP company here in the States decades ago - I'd be proud to have this staff in my CS department. So, many thanks again for the outstanding work and I will look forward to working with you and the others within CS for hopefully many years to come. Kudo's!

Configuring DNS is easy if you know how it is done. This is the first time I have used Web Hosting with Domain Monster and I was very pleased with the support I received to get me through the set up and creation of a sub domain. The instructions in the email were clear and concise and my proposed solution was checked and confirmed correct.

It was a pleasure working with them to get my Dad's domain transferred. I imagined it would be a lot of hassle to transfer his domain to me after his passing, but it turns out it was no trouble at all. Thanks and I will recommend domain monster to my friends.

Domain monster is on the skids.
We have been unable to toggle our "LOCK"s on any domains for a week.
Problem is... if you follow the pathetic pecking order... Domainmonster is just another property of godaddy.
They have NO actual support team and 123reg (who is RESPONSIBLE for DM) treats DM like a poor red-headed stepchild.
