“Extremely disappointing: shame on you!”

To this company's staffmembers: Shame on you! I contacted this company because I wanted to order a nice bouquet of sympathyflowers and have them delivered at a funeral service. As I live in Belgium, I tried the online chatline to get in touch with this company first, just to make sure the date and place of delivery (Fort Lauderdale) was within their reach. I gave my telephonenumber and email address. They mailed me: "One of our experienced sales associates will contact you and help you with your floral needs." Even after 2 days, nobody had contacted me. I think it's a disgrace and I feel very embarrassed because I didn't have the opportunity to contact another company in time for the funeral service. “Poor customer service and flowers”

My first (and last) experience with From You Flowers: I ordered a bouquet of 2 dozen long stemmed red roses for home delivery the day prior to my 20th anniversary. They never arrived (I had paid an additional fee for one day delivery) so the next day I contacted FYF customer service. The initial customer service person I spoke to insisted that the flowers had been delivered on time. Unfortunately, they had been delivered to the wrong address (my husband found them stuffed under a neighbor's porch days later). My complaint is that the customer service rep and their supervisor did everything but outright call me a liar, insisting that they had "photographic evidence" to prove it. They repeated (many times) that I had received the flowers and offered no solution to the problem, heavily implying that I was a sham artist trying to get an undeserved refund. I know that the delivery mix-up was not their responsibility (UPS screwed that up), but their negative attitude and refusal to help me was downright insulting. What WAS their responsibility was that the "long stemmed" roses were stubby (not at all like the photo on the website) and a deep purple/wine color (instead of the pretty bright red I thought I was ordering) and already blooming, indicating that they could have been a LOT fresher. From You Flowers has a bunch of customer complaints posted for the much the same reasons that I have detailed, which is not a big surprise, so my advice is DON'T order anything from the From You Flowers website unless you want to be disappointed with the quality of the flowers and insulted by their customer service representatives.

“Not as pictured”

I sent flowers for a funeral. The flowers that arrives were not at all as pictured on line. I was so embarrassed, there were only about half the flowers in the arrangement. I would never use this company again.

“Terrible customer service”

I ordered a wrist corsage for my son's date for the formal dance. I received a bouquet of flowers in a glass vase. These are VERY different things. Customer service reached out to tell me the florist didn't have the flowers to make the wrist corsage I ordered. I accepted their offer of a florist's substitution and I very clearly stated that it needed to be a wrist corsage. IF that was not possible, then customer service should have informed me of this before continuing to send me something that is nowhere near what I ordered. I very clearly (in writing) only agreed to a substitution wrist corsage, which I did not receive. Their customer service response told me that they let the florist deliver whatever they wanted and I "accepted" this. Their response shows a complete lack of understanding of the facts and sequence of events around this order. Their customer service is even worse than paying for a bouquet I never wanted. I also paid $4.99 to have the wristlet delivered by noon. The delivery was hours late and customer service didn't even respond to that part of my complaint.

“Never received ”

Ordered flowers for my daughter after her surgery on Friday around 12:00 pm paid for same day delivery! Saturday came still no flowers, called customer service assured me they would be delivered.9:00 pm last night still no flowers. Contacted them an canceled order.Save yourself the time an money an runaround, just a horrible customer service and company! I will never use this company again!

“When you DON'T want them delivered TODAY!!!”

Odered, paid for expedited same day, (the clue I needed them TODAY) and at the end of the day, I get a message, "oops, can't deliver until AFTER the weekend. Kind of needed them on Friday, not Monday. Thanks for royally screwing me FYF. Maybe I will use some florist who is consumer friendly next time.

“Embarrassing fiasco”

On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift. Customer service has contacted me in response to my review asking for my order number, but I doubt there is anything they can do to right this situation.

“Never delivered flowers”

Ordered flowers for a funeral. On the day before the funeral, they called and said they could not deliver and could not send anything before the funeral. They had contacted one shop that could not deliver, but offered to send a larger size from another shop for the same price after the funeral. It still remains a mystery why they didn't do this in the first place. As a result I have no flowers for the funeral because it is too late to order more.

“Horrible Company”

DO NOT do business with this company. I ordered funeral spray well in advance. There was an option to pay an extra fee for expedited delivery by 12pm. Thew viewing was at 2pm. I checked the status at 11:18am. I was told it was on it's way and guaranteed delivery in a timely manner. Well they never delivered the flowers. This is not something to do to a family that ordered flowers for their family member. I contacted my credit card company to not charge for the flowers. They never called me to even apologize. This is not something I can fix, there was no flower delivery at all because I did not have time to order from another florist.

“Garbage Company!!”

This company is a JOKE! I placed an online order on 5/2/2020 for delivery on 5/5/20. The paid an “Expedited” fee to have the flowers delivered before noon. NO FLOWERS. This is for my 13th Wedding anniversary. Tried to char with customer service, agent logs in and says “How can I help you” after putting a very clear description of the issue. After typing it again, no response from agent after 10 minutes. I will NEVER do business with this garbage company again. How to show a picture of the $165 flower arrangement I ordered to the wife that never showed up, so she knows I didn’t forget. Not only do I not have flowers on my Anniversary, I must file a dispute with my CC company!!! Absolutely inexcusable, hope they go bankrupt!

“Super Disappointed ”

I ordered What I thought was a colorful, Beautiful, full bouquet of flowers for my grandmother's Birthday. At least that's what I thought she would get based on the picture and price. I paid $64.08 for this disaster and when I see the flowers she recieved I was greatly disappointed to see it look nothing like the picture. It was half the flowers and almost all Baby's breath and leaves. I honestly wouldn't have paid nothing close to that price had I bought them from a grocery store. Plus the grocery store would have probably provided better flowers for a lesser price. Had I known that they were going to do this, I never would have went through them. I'm just glad my grandma sent me a picture of the flowers. This way I know not to ever go through them again.

“This company sucks!”

The worst online florist EVER!!! You pay for expedited shipped no before noon and nothing . The place I wanted to send the flower too closes at 5:30pm and still didn’t show!!! Spent 1 hour throughout the day and they kept telling me it’s on a truck. Clearly it wasn’t. False advertising and mediocre arrangements and way overpriced!!! Go to any other place!!!!!

“Disappointing”

Very dissatisfied. Flowers were skimpy and more expensive then 1 800 flowers. My friend was very pleased however I was embarrassed at the quality of the arrangement. Will go back to 1 800 flowers.

“The Surprise was on me, not my wife.”

I was going to be gone for 4 days. I called Oct.17th for the PURPLE ROSES to be delivered Oct. 18th with a special card saying how the roses were her perfect color. The roses got delivered, but without any card, nothing even saying who they were from and the wrong color, not even close to purple. I took a picture and sent it to the company. They offered to send out another set of flowers, saying that the wrong color was because they substituted the purple roses. I told them that we would be out of town till Oct. 28th and not to send it before then, however on Oct. 24th flowers were delivered to our house, but we did not get home till the 28th. When we got home, we seen the flowers, AGAIN the wrong color. I called the company, another set of flowers was delivered Oct. 31st, the worst one yet. They were pink and white with torn off green leaves and brown around the roses, they looked like someone got them out of the trash can. I hope that I could show a picture, they look terrible. I'm done with this company, the picture they show and the flowers they send are not even close. What a surprise I got for using them.

“Horrible service!”

This is the worst florist delivery service. Order flowers for my daughters birthday and paid for next day service how I found out after 3 PM that they were not delivering the flowers because the florist they show didn't have the exact flowers. I said to use comparable ones but then they said it was too late to deliver. They offered to send them next day with an apology note to my daughter...I paid for service to be delivered on her birthday, not the next day, no refund but a gift card to use on a future purchase. What a joke, if they couldn't deliver on her birthday, why would I use them again??

3 flowers and the glass vase are what matched the web picture of our ordered arrangement. Very disappointed with what arrived. Calling customer service got a list of evasions and excuses. They will NEVER be used by our family or friends again.

“Don't order from them”

Ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter in the hospital. Paid a premium to have them delivered next day plus Saturday delivery. Received a conformation email that it would be delivered on time. Checked later in the day on Saturday and the tracking number for UPS showed it scheduled for the following Monday. When I called the them, they said it was scheduled for on time delivery for Monday. I had them go look at the order and check the promised delivery date. Them they attempted to blame UPS. I asked why would I want flowers delivered when our daughter would be out of the hospital and get flowers that sat in a warehouse for 2 days. They finally agreed to refund the purchase price. I see if I get the money in the 1 to 3 days they promised. Don't use them.

“A Picture Is NOT Worth 1,000 Words. You Get Shortchanged!”

I liked the pricing. That's why I did not go with the competitor who I usually deal with. But that was it! First, my wife is in the hospital. So, I picked the highest price "You're In My Heart" bouquet. Then I wanted it delivered the same day. Online it said "$2.99". But I was charged $14.99. I'll admit that I put the wrong address on the order and realized it right after placing it that morning and called the help line. They said that they would correct it. The order was not delivered until the next day, but my same day fee was not adjusted. NOW FOR THE REAL PROBLEM! The photo depicted about 28 flowers viewed from the front, not counting the ones that you can't see in the back. The arrangement that she received totalled 17 flowers. She got shortchanged, BIG TIME. My advice is, shop elsewhere.
