I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-law for her Birthday. I placed the order at 11am and was guaranteed delivery that afternoon. They took my cell phone number in case they needed to contact me. I called my MIL at 7pm to wish her a Happy Birthday and to see if she liked her flowers. They never arrived! I was livid. “PUNY Arrangement”

Sent an arrangement to friends for a 60th Anniversary. I actually was in Texas for the celebration & was horrified & embarrassed to actually see the flowers. Ordered flowers for a funeral. Received an email the day of the funeral telling me that they were sorry but they could not deliver the flowers because they couldn't find a florist in the area to deliver on time. The email was sent 5 HOURS AFTER the funeral was to take place. I placed the order 2 days prior to the funeral. If you are reading this you probably having a similar experience. On 3/3/17 I ordered with same day delivery. It is now 3/7/17 and still have not received anything other then excuses on why it has not been delivered. If this was for any special occasion I would not even consider this company. They are quick to give you a gift card to order again from them. A business that promises delivery the next day, then calls 4 hours before the funeral to say "I apologize, we won't be delivering this today". Why? Because there is nobody in the area to deliver. My receipt was timed 11:42 a.m. and I paid $2.99 for same day delivery, and an additional $4.99 for expedited delivery and the arrangement was suppose to be delivered by 2:30 p.m. It is now 6:45 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. in IL and my friend has no flowers. When I called to verify, the lady changed the story saying that they tried to drop off the flowers but it had already closed. In short, they lied because the business isn't closed in the afternoon. Exactly the same issues I had for Valentine's Day bouquet for my mother. Horrible customer service when phone lines are down and sends you through a never ending loop. Never using this company again and they do not resolve the issues just never ending e-mails from customer service representatives who give different answers.

Ordered a "Sweetheart Rose Bouquet" for my son to give to his girlfriend. We ordered on 2/9 and it was to be delivered on 2/14. Suppose to have delivery between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Needless to say, they never arrived.
