“Razor blade Sharpener”

Very disappointing indeed, no razor blade holder in with the pit, so unable to use, I sent one back got one back still not able to use, and yet pictures in advert and box suggest you can use right away. “Too many obstacles!”

There should be a button for 'Terrible, could very easily do far better'. I bought a pair of nightshirts from Chums, and they finally need replacing. The quality was good, my husband was delighted with them, and between the 2 of them they lasted every night for 7 years. So I've just revisited the Chums website. HOWEVER... “Trying to return an unwanted item”

My father ordered himself a wheelchair but unfortunately died the day after it arrived. It was not even unpacked. Four weeks later and after six phonecalls we are still trying to get the wheelchair collected for a refund.We are promised to be called back and are assured that it only normally takes 48 hours. “Dont waste your time”

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers for my parents. When the package arrived 3 days ago, the one pair of trousers was a completely different colour to what I had ordered (a revolting camel colour which is obviously why they had so many pairs left). “Stay well clear of these cowboys”

I ordered three different pairs of trousers by mail (having checked online first to make sure that they were in stock). I received three entirely different pairs as substitutes as, according to Chums, what I had ordered was out of stock (although still available according to their website). “Cannot take Order Online”

Twice I placed an order with them via their website, both times the order was stopped at the SagePay website "The authorisation has been rejected by the vendor due to insufficient authentication". “Disaster”

They need too have a serious look at their procedures. I ordered some trousers that showed as in stock. 4 days later I received alternative trousers as the ones I wanted were now out of stock. I did not want elastic waist and none zip pockets. Zip pockets was why I ordered the original from a full page advert. I have ordered from chums for a long time now - I have never had a major problem with them at all. Their goods are good quality and last longer than most products do. If I ever have had a problem I can speak to them via their customer services number.. since then I see online (where I do most of my shopping with them now) they have implemented a live chat system if their is any problems - I have used this once and this is very quick and effective, definitely worth a go if your stuck or you have… Read Full Review

I am sorry that you feel this way considering we have organised to fix the problem with the springs. When we spoke to (name removed) in August, we did advise that unfortunately the manufacturer was closed down for the summer period and we apologised for this delay which was out of our hands. With regards to the cushions, when she spoke to us last year following her purchase, we did advise to allow the cushions to settle as they can be compressed due to the wrapping etc. She rang Chums back to confirm this had worked and she was happy with the Suite. My elderly dad asked me to order him a mobile table from Chums. I ordered it and the item was rickety and sloped forward so there's was no chance of a cup of tea staying upright.
